Situé dans un bâtiment primé en architecture, cet appartement moderne de Barcelone a des détails impressionnants partout. Des fenêtres inclinées du plafond au sol, du parquet et d'autres textures design douces accentuent cet espace spectaculaire. Il est confortable et accueillant mais avec un côté urbain très branché.

Les amateurs de design et ceux qui recherchent cette atmosphère moderne de Barcelone adoreront l'appartement. Cependant, le confort élevé et la proximité de la Sagrada Familia conviennent à tous les goûts.

QUARTIER ET SITUATION

L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier historique recherché. La cathédrale de la Sagrada Familia, monument déterminant de Barcelone, est littéralement à quelques rues. Le quartier de l'Eixample Dreta est célèbre pour ses bâtiments avec de grandes façades balcons et il regorge de boutiques, bars et restaurants.

En quelques minutes de marche dans ces belles rues, vous arriverez en plein centre, le Passeig de Gracia à la mode, le boulevard Ramblas, la Plaza Catalunya et toutes les attractions populaires de Barcelone. Station de métro la plus proche: Tetuan (L2, ligne violette), Monumental (L2, ligne violette), Gérone (L4, ligne jaune).

Jose was GREAT! He met my wife at the apartment and helped her get settled in while I was still in route. Was always available for helping us with places to go and even setting up for our taxi back to the airport.Great location for walking to all of the sites, apartment was perfect for our needs. A wonderful place to stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was clean, bright and comfortable and also a great location for a week of walking through this beautiful city. Jose met us at the apartment and was very helpful with maps and information. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time and Jose was very welcoming. The apartment was clean and had all the necessities. It was also in a good location. The only thing that could be improved on is a more comfortable bed.

We spent 5 days in Barcelona in late September, 2015 and had a wonderful time. This apartment was in an excellent location/neighborhood, with great restaurants and access to everything, including the City Tour Buses and with many major sights within walking distance. We hope to go back someday and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and Jose was very helpful. He gave us recommendations on restaurants, overview of getting around Barcelona, and even helped arrange taxi service to get to the airport. Apartment had everything we needed and then some things we didn't expect.

Great location, wonderful host!

The apartment was perfect for our family’s stay in Barcelona. Jose was a gracious host, who met us when we arrived and gave us a map with some recommendations for the neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was incredibly convenient to tourist sites and public transportation. AC and WiFi worked well, although we only had the AC on a couple of times. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

Couldn’t be better. Lovely neighborhood close to everything. Clean, safe, relatively quiet. Everything you need within a short walk: grocery store, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, metro. Jose super helpful host makes everything easy.

Nice but small

Apartment is very nice but a little too small for 4 people. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything, very convenient. Public parking recommend by the host, not too far, not too expensive. Host very accommodating, very friendly and nice. We had a great time.

We spent 2 days in the city after a cruise and before returning to Canada. The apartment was very cozy and the location was perfect. Many restaurants, cafes and stores all within walking distance. This apartment is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood, where the only sounds were the joyful children in the school playground below.Jose was a wonderful host, full of great information about the neighborhood and the city. The apartment had everything we needed, and the washing machine was a bonus. The kitchen is quite dated, but everything worked fine, and we were content to enjoy the area restaurants for our meals. I definitely recommend booking with Jose!

Great property with access to the heart of Barcelona

We were very pleased with this property, well laid out and spacious for our family of four, with great access to key streets, parking, metro, bus and close proximity to important Barcelona attractions. Calm authentic family neighborhood convenient to everything with an excellent host

Jose was very communicative, his apartment was very well maintained with everything we needed, and the location was convenient to public transit. But most impactful for our family was experiencing a real neighborhood feel there. My children loved the view from the breakfast bar of the courtyard, there were walkable grocery stores and playgrounds, and we were able to slow down and relax some in this location. Jose gave us a great orientation to the area, and his place was perfect for a stay of a few days. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay in Barcelona

A friend and I stayed at Jose's apartment for 3 nights. He greeted us at the apartment entrance, pointed out the nearby grocery store and ATM, and gave us a ton of great info about the city. I especially liked how the apartment was in a quiet, clean area of Barcelona, but near the action so we could easily get out and party. I'd definitely stay here again! Thanks Jose.
