Welcome home! The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to this modern and bright 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms flat, located at the heart of Barcelona's City Center, just around Sants EstaciĂł (train station) and right by Eixample district. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep.



The Space:

Welcome to this wonderful and comfortable 105m2 apartment located right by Sants train station (EstaciĂł de Sants), one of the main transport hubs in town and just around the corner of Eixample district! As new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have a memorable stay!



⚠ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.



The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 4 bedrooms:

The Neighborhood:

The Esquerra de l’Eixample, or Left of Extension in Catalan, is separated into two sections: old and modern, which is where the apartment is located. The style of Left Eixample is largely Neo-Romanesque, and visitors are encouraged to take a stroll through the neighborhood to observe the wonderful architecture. Plaza España, only a few minutes walking from the apartment, holds most of the buildings and pavilions constructed for the Olympic games in Barcelona.



Getting Around:

The closest metro station is EstaciĂł de Sants (Train station and Blue / Green metro lines).

The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça España. The cost is around 6.9€



Other Things to Note:

*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***



- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.



- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation

and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs



Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)



*** HOUSE RULES ***



1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.

6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

An Excellent Base for Exploring Barcelona and Beyond!

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The location is truly excellent, right beside the Barcelona Sants train and metro stations. This made it incredibly easy for us to get around and visit all the sights in Barcelona, as well as take day trips to places like Sitges and Montserrat. The apartment was also wonderfully spacious and impeccably clean.We do have a few small recommendations that would enhance the guest experience. Firstly, adding a shower curtain or glass to the larger shower would prevent water from splashing out. Secondly, a photo of the building's exterior would be very helpful for arrival, as the building number (3) is quite high on an archway and not immediately obvious. Finally, we'd suggest a bit more flexibility with check-in times; 5 PM felt quite late, especially on days when there isn't a prior check-out.

Spacious, clean and perfectly located

This was the perfect home base for my family's week in Catalonia. There were seven of us, ranging in age from my 9-month-old granddaughter to my 78-year-old mother-in-law, and this property worked out very well. Every couple or individual got their own bedroom. One of the bedrooms is shared with the living/dining room, with a curtain separating them and a door separating this combined area from the rest of the apartment. We didn't think we would like this arrangement at first, but it actually turned out to be great because it formed a big common area for the family to hang out in in the mornings and evenings. The bed also made a great play area for the baby. The weather was cool during our visit, so we would open the windows in the evenings so we could feel the breeze and hear the sounds of the city. The location was great, just steps from the Metro station, right across the street from the Sants train station, and an easy half-mile walk from the Placa Espanya train station. There were several restaurants and small supermarkets within walking distance. The building has an elevator and the wifi worked great. We would definitely stay here again!

Good one

Good morning, the house was very nice, kept well, the only flaws were the shower support and the doors a bit old that with the strong wind in the evening sometimes did not stay closed and slammed, the only question we had at the moment was where was the balcony or the veranda since they were marked, then we understood that it was intended as a balcony the space with the washing machine. Otherwise we had no problems, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Thanks again for the hospitality. Only thing identify better what you mean by balcony because if not it is not clear that it is meant as balcony the laundry room.
