Located in the cultural and chic neighborhood of Poblenou, you have incredible transport links to the city center and just a few steps from the beach, the Olympic port and the Ciutadella Park!



The Space:

My 3 bedrooms apartment in Poblenou is what you are looking for! The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. The kitchen has been recently renovated and I am sure you will enjoy preparing delicious meals after an exciting day sightseeing! Relax on the sofa, hang out with your family, make yourself at home!



We manage other apartments in the same building, ideal for business groups and big families!



⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.



APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION:

The apartment has a capacity for up to 5 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: Double bed

- Bedroom 2: Double bed

- Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds

- To take into account - there is ongoing construction in the nearby building (not on the same one as my apartment).

- Baby crib and high chair available under request and availability, kindly send us a message in order to confirm please

- Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided!

- The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.

- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.

The Neighborhood:

Poblenou is one of the most representative neighborhoods of Barcelona, ​​​​which is emerging as an industrial and hotel enclave, with many leisure and restaurant options. It has become a hotspot with interesting bars and restaurants, delightful shops and places that will simply amaze you!



Getting Around:

The apartment is a few steps from the Bogatell Metro, which connects to the city center in just 10 minutes. The beach, the Olympic port and the Ciutadella Park are nearby areas that are worth visiting.



Other Things to Note:

*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***



- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 6.25€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.



- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation

and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.



*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***



Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs



Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)



*** HOUSE RULES ***



1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.

6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
