The Neighborhood:

L'Eixample is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Barcelona: ideal for strolling, shopping, admiring the magnificent architecture, or watching people go from one of its many bars or restaurants. Throughout this neighborhood there are floors with high ceilings, hydraulic floors and spectacular entrances with modernist features. Leaving your home and having the most beautiful buildings in town a few meters away, is priceless. You can not stop walking the entire Passeig de Gracia or stopping to contemplate the great houses of Catalan modernism: La Pedrera, La Casa Batlló, Casa Lleó Morera and Casa Atmetller, among other stunning buildings.



Getting Around:

Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Passeig de Gràcia (L3 y L4, trains).

Due to an issue with the water pipes in front of the building, which falls under the responsibility of the Barcelona City Council, water service—normally operating—may occasionally be affected until the issue is fully resolved. As this is not the building’s responsibility, we will do our best to provide advance notice of any potential disruptions to tenants, which we expect to be minimal.



IMPORTANT: TOURIST TAX By booking a stay in this tourist accommodation, you are agreeing that, according to Catalan regional and Barcelona municipal regulations, each guest aged 17 or older must pay a tourist tax for each one of the first 7 nights of their stay, for stays shorter than 31 nights. This amount is not included in the total cost of the stay and will be charged online after the reservation is confirmed, never in cash. Payment is mandatory prior to accessing the accommodation.
