The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to our lovely recently renovated apartment! It is a great base for your holiday to Barcelona, as it is located in the Eixample neighborhood, close to Plaça de Catalunya, Casa Batlló, the Tivoli Theater, La Pedrera, and not far from the Sagrada Familia, and is situated between the old and modern city.
The Space:
Our recently renovated apartment, which is on the third floor of the building, offers four huge bedrooms. To give the house a modern and cozy aspect, the clean and modern design is mixed with classic design features. A well-equipped kitchen permits the preparation of delightful dishes that will be served in a large dining room that, like the rest of the house, receives plenty of natural light throughout the day. In the heart of the city, this apartment provides tranquillity and a serene atmosphere. With four bedrooms, three of which feature double beds and one with a single bed, this spacious apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests.
â ïž VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the Eixample neighborhood, which is known for its geometrical grid design and is Barcelonaâs most instantly recognised neighborhood. The neighborhood offers several bars and restaurants, as well as designer and high-street shopping. It is home to some of the cityâs greatest Modernist architecture.
You may simply stroll around the neighborhood by going toward the corner of the Eixample known as Sant Antoni, which is a trendy district popular with millennials and home to chic cafĂ©s and a few clothing boutiques. There are some fine town houses, as well as many shops and companies, at the Antiga Esquerra de lâEixample, or âOld Corner of the Extension.â The âGaixample,â the Eixampleâs bustling gay enclave, is also located here, with several LGBT+ friendly clubs, bars, and hotels.
When it comes to shopping, Barcelonaâs Passeig de GrĂ cia in the Eixample is the focus of designer and luxury retail. Luis Vuitton, Stella McCartney, Gucci, Channel, and other world-famous fashion companies, as well as high-street jewels like & Other Stories, UterqĂŒe, and, of course, the Spanish behemoth Zara, can be found here.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Passeig de Gracia (Lines 2, 3 & 4).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the train towards "Aeroport" at Passeig de Gracia. There are trains every 20min and it costs around 5âŹ.
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50⏠per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.
*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100⏠charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400⏠and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100⏠charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100⏠+ all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
