This cozy and inviting space offers a spacious living room perfect for unwinding, a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your cooking needs, and a private balcony where you can enjoy a breath of fresh air.
Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and weâve designed the apartment to make you feel right at home.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room only. The bedrooms do not have A/C, but fans are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.
All foreign vehicles must be registered in order to drive within Barcelonaâs metropolitan area.
To do so, youâll need to apply for registration through the Metropolitan Registry of Foreign Vehicles.
Once your application is reviewed and all requirements are validated, you will receive confirmation of the vehicleâs registration and authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Please note:
The resolution of your application (approved, denied, or incomplete) will be issued within 15 business days.
There is a âŹ5 processing fee for the registration.
The building does not have an elevator, so please consider this when planning your stay as it's an attic.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onward (flexible depending on the previous guestâs check-out).
Late check-in after 9:00 PM incurs a âŹ30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM (may be flexible depending on the next guestâs arrival).
We value our good relationship with the neighbors, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
Parties are not allowed.
Starting May 1st, a tourist tax of 1.10⏠per person per night (for a maximum of 7 nights) will be charged. This must be paid in cash at check-in. Guests under 16 years old are exempt.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Please dispose of your trash before checking out.
An additional cleaning fee may apply depending on the condition in which the apartment is left.
A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for all guests. As per local regulations, we are required to scan and register these with the local police database.
For same-day bookings, we may not be able to accommodate check-in within 3 hours of the reservation being confirmed.
Additionally, Parking Viajeros, one of the most affordable parking options in Barcelona, is located less than 10 minutes from the apartment.
Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around âŹ250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
