This cozy three-bedroom accommodation offers you a perfect combination of comfort and style. With a double room and two singles, it is ideal for families. The living room, the kitchen and the sink provide a cozy and functional space, while the laundry adds convenience. The decoration, characterized by light gray tones and touches of wood, creates a modern and relaxing atmosphere for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room only
The bathroom is the smallest part of the apartment and is fully equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, ensuring a functional and pleasant experience.
Travel times by subway: 20 min to Camp Nou, 30 min to the station Barcelona Sants, 35 min to La Fira (MWC), 35 min to Plaza Espanya, 40 min to Sagrada Familia, 45 min to Plaza Catalunya.
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a ⏠5 management fee.
-Please note that on Thursdays and some weekends, there is a local market nearby and the area may get a bit busier than usual
-Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
-Starting in May 1st, a tourist tax of 1.10⏠per person per night will be charged for a maximum of 7 nights. This tax must be paid separately at check-in in cash. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150âŹ.
- The flat's capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local policeâs database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around âŹ250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
