Situated in a quiet residential area and surrounded by local shops and small restaurants, this neighborhood is an excellent choice for those seeking an authentic local experience.

Si vous souhaitez un hĂ©bergement avec du mobilier cassĂ© et des portes et fenĂȘtres qui ne ferment pas! Vous ĂȘtes au bon endroit! Niveau sĂ©curitĂ© on est sur le nĂ©ant! Ne venez pas avec vos affaires importante sinon vous pouvez leur dure adieu ! N’importe qui peut entrer sans braquer l’appartement. Vraiment dommage car si il avait Ă©tĂ© propre et sĂ©curisĂ© il aurait Ă©tĂ© plutĂŽt sympa! La literie est sale mais confortable. La cuisine il y manque la moitiĂ© des Ă©lĂ©ments mais elle reste plus ou moins fonctionnelle. Le petit coin terrasse est correct. Vraiment trĂšs trĂšs déçu! À ce prix lĂ  il pourrait rĂ©parer les fenĂȘtres et la porte.

Pros: Hosts were great. The location is also good - 15-20 min on the train to get to most spots. Very safe area. Cons: the apartment itself has an odd smell. I’m not sure what it is. It’s a bit musty and stale, so I’m assuming it’s from poor air flow. I kept a window open the entire stay (2 weeks) which helped a lot. Also, I wish the sheets were a bit comfier. They were kind of scratchy.Overall, I did like this place. I’d stay here again with those minor fixes

Nice place to explore Barcelona

The apartment is near the metro, has a supermarket next door, and has all that is needed for a family. The communication with the host was fine. The neighborhood seems odd at first but we felt safe. To access the apartment you need to go up, then down. A bit narrow access with luggage.

The apartment was very clean and well organized. The beds were comfortable, although the sofa was not very cozy. The service was excellent, the host responded quickly to messages and requests. We experienced some noise from the neighbors, but after contacting the host, they addressed the issue promptly, so the service was very reliable. The location is great, close to many attractions. The only downside is that parking in the area is a bit difficult.

Useful and cool

The house was just like in the photos, with furnishings such as a modern kitchen, a spacious fridge, and most importantly, a working air conditioner. A minor flaw was the bathroom, which was a bit small. The area isn’t great, but it’s only a 40-minute bus ride from the center of Barcelona, and both the metro and bus stops are very close to the house. There are also plenty of well-stocked minimarkets nearby. Check-in was very easy, and I thank the host for being so accommodating (1:30 AM!). Check-out was also quick and hassle-free.

Super Unterkunft.

Es war eine tolle und angenehme Unterkunft. Sowohl der Check-In als auch die Kommunikation von A-Z verlief reibungslos. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen, die fĂŒr kleines Geld was gutes buchen wollen. NatĂŒrlich ist das jetzt nicht luxuriös und das ein oder andere wirkt schon abgerockt aber völlig ausreichend fĂŒr 5-6 Übernachtungen. Demnach kann ich es empfehlen. Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe

Poor Experience – Disorganized, Inconvenient, and Unprofessional

Our stay at this property was filled with issues that made the experience frustrating and disappointing. From the start, check-in was a mess—we were left waiting outside past our check-in time because the person hired to let us in was late and completely unprepared. He initially took us to the wrong apartment and seemed confused about where the keys were, delaying our entry by an hour.The disorganization continued throughout our stay. The host failed to register our passports properly, which meant we had to interrupt our vacation to meet another staff member for a second verification. The WiFi never worked, and despite reporting the issue, no real solution was provided. Communication was also chaotic—we were passed between different people, making it difficult to resolve any problems.To top it off, the cleaning staff showed up before check-out time and entered our private terrace unannounced, which felt like a real violation of privacy. The host later tried to deny this, but I have photo proof that their staff was there before we had even checked out.I cannot recommend this rental to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free stay. The host was unwilling to provide fair compensation for the many issues we experienced, so be aware that if things go wrong, you may be left dealing with it on your own. There are plenty of better options—do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Wir hatten eine saubere ordentliche Wohnung. Wir waren mit dem Gesamtpaket durchaus zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Das Stadtviertel ist jedoch gut 35-40 Min. von der historischen Altstadt bzw. dem Strand entfernt. Das ist der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung, dafĂŒr sind aber zwei U-Bahn Stationen in der NĂ€he. Personen die Schwierigkeiten mit dem Treppen steigen haben, wĂŒrde ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Insgesamt kann man die Wohnung empfehlen.
