This stylish place is located next to Sagrada Familia - very central location with many great restaurants and bars.
The Space:
Situated in the heart of exciting Eixample this is a prime location with plenty to see and do nearby. The endless shops, bars, cafés and restaurants and good transport facilities in the area ensure that this is a great base from which to discover what Barcelona is.
We are the new property managers of this amazing property! See among the listing pictures some of the great previous managers reviews, we will make sure you have even a more enjoyable stay! âïž
â ïž VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.
Our Duplex apartment is only for families and business groups. It is divided into two floors, having on the main one a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to an interior patio! On the upper floor, find a comfy living area with an open layout to the kitchen. At the end find the other two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and access to an outdoor terrace area.
APARTMENT DISTRIBUTION:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 4 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
LOWER FLOOR:
- Bedroom 1 (garden): Queen bed
- Full bathroom
- Private pool
- Private garden
UPPER FLOOR:
- Bedroom 2 (terrace): Queen bed
- Bedroom 3 (interior): Double bed
- Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room
- 2 full bathrooms
- Private terrace
SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE APARTMENT:
- Located just a couple steps from Paseo de Gracia, the main luxury shoping street and with most Gaudi's architecture sites
- Sunny and private terrace accessed from the rooms âïž
- Ideal and relaxing indoor PRIVATE POOL! (6.20 m long x 2.20 m wide)
- Spacious living room with an open layout to a well equipped kitchen
- 3 bathrooms
- AC (Mini-splits located in the living room, pool area and bedrooms)
- Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided!
- Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.
- My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.

The Neighborhood:
Fort Pienc is a neighborhood in the Eixample district of Barcelona. Its name stems from a former military fortification which existed there until the 19th century called Fort Pius, Pienc is an adjective in Catalan meaning related to the name Pius. There has been a strong Chinese presence in the area since the 2000s. The Arc de Triomf is the main attraction in the area, located in Passeig de LluĂs Companys-Passeig de Sant Joan, while LâAuditori is an important concert hall.
Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Verdaguer (Lines 4 & 5) and Monumental (Line 2)
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5âŹ
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50⏠per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.
*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100⏠charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400⏠and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100⏠charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100⏠+ all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
