Appartement trés agréable dans lequel vous vous sentirez comme chez vous. Cet appartement est trés accueilant et moderne et a été entiÚrement renové début 2015. Les nouvelles photos sont maintenant en ligne. La cuisine américaine unie à la salle à manger-salon vous donne un espace de 40 m2. La premiÚre chose que vous remarquerez est la TRANQUILITE de l'appartement. La cuisine est complÚtement équipée avec un frigo combi, micro-ondes-grill, lave-vaisselles, grille-pain et tous les plats et assiettes dont vous pourrez avoir besoin. La salle de bain est équipé de douche. La salle à manger salon a un design original avec sa librairie intégrée dans la décoration, elle vous offre une télévision avec écran plat avec SATELITTE (réseau Astra), Internet WIFI (Wireless avec fibre optique de 100MB), un lecteur de DVD, un lecteur de CD radio et un trés comfortable sofa.

Appartement accueillant, bien équipé et bien placé.

Adresse à noter pour ceux qui désirent du confort, de l'espace, de l'équipement (wifi, cuisine équipée, place de parking....), du calme et un produit propre récemment rénové. On mettait 10 mn à pied pour aller à la Sagrada Familia et quelques minutes pour accéder au métro. Accueil des hÎtes sympa. Bref, on ne peut que recommander.

AprĂšs un accueil agrĂ©able, nous dĂ©couvrons un appartement propre, trĂšs fonctionnel identique Ă  celui de l'annonce, situĂ© prĂȘt d'une station de mĂ©tro (ligne bleu ou violet) ce qui nous Ă  permis de passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cette belle ville, la seule reproche que l'on pourrais faire c'est le manque de luminositĂ© de l'appartement celui ci Ă©tant au premier Ă©tage cotĂ© cour donc vue sur les immeubles. Mais Ă  BARCELONE il faut vivre dehors et ouvrir grand ses yeux pour admirer toutes les richesses de cette belle ville Philippe

Fantastic Spot—Quiet, Bright, Convenient

We had a great time at this spot. We made coffee every morning and took lots of walks to hot spots, especially at night. The air conditioning made hot Barcelona afternoons cool for us. We had excellent wifi access, and communication with Frédéric, the property manager, was simple and friendly (he's just a few meters away). He had great advice for us and even helped us book a train to Madrid. I would definitely stay here again for the price, the convenience, and the comfort.

Very comfortable, air-conditioned apartment in a terrific neighborhood. We loved Avenida Gaudi!! And the management was both efficient and outstanding. We totally recommend this place and would happily stay there again.

Very nice flat close to Sagrada Familia

Great property and Service. Very clean and great recommendations for food, drinks and public transport. 2 bedrooms with separate entries. Kitchen offers everything one needs including toaster, fridge freezer, microwave and more. Communication with the host and his assistant was perfectly working in english. Great Experience, would totally book again!

Well maintained with modern appliances and very comfortable accommodation. Metro stations with 5 minute walk. Good supermarket nearby and plenty of places to eat/bars in the area. Apartment was quiet and situated on first floor of the block and had lift access. Would definitely stay again.

Easy check in, clean and convenient location

This is a 2nd floor walk up (called 3rd floor in Ontario). It is very clean and is nice for two people. It has been updated and painted recently, but not completely renovated if that's what you are looking for. The location is very good, being a block and a half from a really nice shopping street with good restaurants and shops, and is just two or three blocks from another area with even more shops and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apt. without the crowds

Clean, modern and nicely furnished apt. Within a 15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and away from the crowds. Fully furnished. Easy access to public transportation. Owners very helpful. It was nice to be in a neighborhood, after seeing the lovely (but crowded) sights of Barcelona.

Fantastic accessible location

My sister and I stayed in this delightful apartment for a week in May, 2018. While not in the hubbub of the Gothic quarter or the born district, that turned into an advantage as the apartment is closely located to two metro stops in a nice,quiet and safe neighborhood. FrĂšdĂšric, the apartment mgr. is located right around the corner and is very responsive to any request. He also provided us with a list of terrific grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment has two nice sized bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two twins, a good sized living room with a pull out couch, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It was very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was that the twin bedroom is located next to an interior courtyard where noise travels and it doesn't get much air circulation. It would be beneficial perhaps to install a ceiling fan in that room. If you are a light sleeper the other bedroom is probably preferable. Overall, we loved our stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it!

Spotless, well equipped, comfortable, convenient

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful apartment in Barcelona. We were delighted with the cleanliness, the comforts and the location. The gentlemen who manage the rentals were literally around the corner and available for every question or concern. They were extremely helpful. The apartment is located very close to the metro making it extremely easy to travel all over the city from Parc Guell to Montguic to La Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. There are good restaurants and cafes nearby with many choices for dinner and afternoon coffees. The owners even have a sheet listing choices for restaurants. You will not be disappointed in this apartment or its location.

Everything is just as described. Fred & his collegues were very helpful and communicated promptly from booking right up to our stay. The apartment has everything you need and has been tastefully renovated. It is in good position being 15 mins walk from Sagrada Familia. I would recommend this to anybody visiting for a city break .

Perfect property for visiting Barcelona's main attractions

The property was exactly as described. Frederic and his team made sure we were well taken care of and were very helpful providing local information. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very conveniently located (only a few blocks away from La Sagrada Familia Basilica and the L5 metro station). The bed was comfortable and the room quiet so you'll sleep very well. The hot water heater system is a tankless one so people are able to take one shower after another without having to wait for hot water (this is typical in European homes). There are numerous bars and restaurants in the area that offer very good cuisine (we're foodies) at reasonable prices. If you're a burger type person there's a place called Timesburg less than two blocks away on Carrer de la Independencia. There's also a bar right next to the apartment that has excellent coffee (as most places in Barcelona; do yourself a favor and stay away from the Star----- brand as it is overpriced and not nearly as good). My only minor criticism of the apartment is that the AC units don't cool very fast (if you're accustomed to US AC temperatures) so you need to leave it on all the time for the temperature to reach 24C (75F). I would definitely stay at the same apartment if I were to return to Barcelona in the near future!

The apartment is in a good location, easy walk to metro, restaurants and supermarket. Collecting the keys was easy and the helpful hints from Frederic were invaluable. The apartment is very light and airy, beds comfortable and has everything you need.
