TOURIST TAX: Mandatory and imposed by the Catalan government of âŹ6.88 per night. This is to be charged at the time of check-in to each guest aged 17 and above for a maximum of 7 nights.
LATE CHECK-IN:
For check-ins from 8pm to 10pm: âŹ40
For check-ins from 10pm to 11pm: âŹ60
EARLY CHECK-IN: (before 3pm) Subject to availability and there is a âŹ40 early check-in fee. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies, and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and come back when the cleaning is done (around 3pm).
LATE CHECK-OUT: (after 11am) Subject to availability. If you would like to have a late checkout, you need to inform us, and we will let you know if it's possible.
PETS: Your pet is welcome to stay with you. Please inform us in advance and note that the following charges will apply at the time of check-in:
-A âŹ150 security deposit, fully refundable as long as there are no damages in the apartment.
