Charming apartment near Barcelona

Our lovely apartment is located near the L5 metro stations, Pubilla Cases and Ernest Lluch, giving you direct access to Sants Station, Diagonal, and Passeig de Gràcia, where you can visit Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. Stroll down La Rambla to Plaza de Catalunya and visit the iconic Sagrada Familia, the most impressive monument in Barcelona. The tram is also within walking distance, allowing you to reach the Illa Diagonal shopping center in just 10 minutes.

Our apartment is very cozy and has everything you need for a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or a business trip. It features two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and another with a single bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room. You'll find a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living area, where you can cook and relax.

You will not share common areas with other guests. Our apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

In the kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher, dishes, glasses, mugs, a refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, frying pans, and pots.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are provided with sheets, towels, hand soap, body wash, and toilet paper. Please note that the supplies we provide are included upon your arrival; however, replenishment or changes during your stay are not included.

Ask us about the availability of a travel crib at no additional cost. You can request it up to 24 hours before your arrival. Crib sheets are not included.

Check-in:Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. One of our agents will welcome you to the apartment, show you the space, and hand over the keys.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM is free of charge.
Check-in after 8:00 PM incurs a fee of €30, payable in cash at the time of check-in.
In accordance with current legislation, all guests must provide their passport or national ID to our agent for data submission to the authorities.

Check-out:Before 11:00 AM.

Tourist Tax:You must pay the tourist tax in cash at the time of check-in.

LOCAL AND REGIONAL TAXES DURING YOUR STAY IN BARCELONA:Starting October 1, 2024, the tourist tax in Barcelona will have the following rates:

In the city of Barcelona, the tax for tourist accommodations is €1 per person, per night.
All guests aged 16 and over must pay this tax, for a maximum of 7 nights.
Rate valid until March 30, 2026. As of April 1, 2026, the corresponding increase to the cost of the tourist tax in effect at that time will be applied.



Other Considerations:

Smoking is not allowed. Please refrain from smoking to avoid fines.
Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please note that we must maintain good relations with our neighbors and community. If we receive a complaint or police intervention, you will incur additional charges and fines.
For your safety and ours, we have decibel monitors on the property from 'RoomMonitor.'
