The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals effortlessly, complemented by a cozy dining area for shared moments over breakfast or dinner. With fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, staying connected for work or entertainment is a breeze.


-Standard check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible depending on the previous guest’s departure.
-Late check-in after 9:00 PM incurs a €30 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
-Check-out is by 11:00 AM or earlier. Late check-out may be accommodated if no new guests are arriving that day.
-Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
-Parties are strictly prohibited.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Violations will result in a €150 fine.
-The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Additional visitors are not permitted.
-Starting in May 1st, a tourist tax of 1.10€ per person per night will be charged for a maximum of 7 nights. This tax must be paid separately at check-in in cash. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay.
-Please ensure all trash is taken out before check-out. A cleaning fee may apply if the apartment is left in an excessively untidy condition.
-A valid ID or passport must be presented upon arrival. To comply with local regulations, all guests must be registered in the local police database, requiring scanning of these documents. Thank you for your understanding!
-For same-day bookings, we cannot guarantee check-in within three hours of your reservation confirmation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
