L'appartement Barcelona Center , situĂ© dans le quartier central de l'Eixample , est dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et Ă©lĂ©gance et est spĂ©cialement conçu pour rendre vos vacances inoubliables. Elle comprend trois chambres : la premiĂšre est une chambre double avec un lit double confortable et une armoire. Les deuxiĂšme et troisiĂšme chambres sont des chambres Ă  deux lits simples chacune. Elle dispose de deux salles de bains, l’une avec lavabo et toilettes, l’autre avec douche et baignoire.

Veuillez noter que nous n'acceptons que les familles dans cette propriĂ©tĂ©. Dans la piĂšce principale, vous trouverez une grande salle Ă  manger, dĂ©corĂ©e avec soin et dont les couleurs en feront votre endroit prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© de l'appartement. Le plafond, d'une hauteur de 3,5 mĂštres, est ornĂ© de corniches. Cette piĂšce est meublĂ©e d'un canapĂ© pour quatre personnes, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plasma et de deux fauteuils confortables. La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  six personnes et se situe prĂšs d'une grande fenĂȘtre offrant une vue magnifique et une atmosphĂšre chaleureuse et lumineuse. Logement idéal pour un séjour en famille à Barcelone. TrÚs bien équipé, tout à proximité.

Logement bien équipé, nombreux commerces, literie assez confortable (sauf un lit dont un des pieds est cassé) , cuisine fonctionnelle avec toute la vaisselle à dispo, décoration agréable et emplacement idéal.

Gute Lage aber leider lieblos und mit tlw. defekten Möbeln und Technik ausgestattet

Die Bilder im Inserat stimmen mit der Wirklichkeit nicht ĂŒberein. Außer ein paar Eye-Catcher-Möbeln ĂŒberwiegend billige, alte "SperrmĂŒll"-Möbel. Sehr einfache, alte SanitĂ€rausstattung, WC im Bad nicht fest montiert (konnte verschoben werden !!! und wackelte, nicht wirklich benutzbar), Duschen nur in der Wanne möglich ohne Duschkopfhalterung usw. Gefrierfach im KĂŒhlschrank ohne TĂŒr, dadurch war der ganze KĂŒhlschrank ein Eisschrank; alles eingeforen. Wasserkocher kaputt, wurde aber ausgetauscht. Geschirr wild zusammengesucht, sehr wenige Teile und unvollstĂ€ndig (z. B. nur 2 Untertassen, 2 Teelöffel). Insgesamt sehr rudimentĂ€re KĂŒchenausstattung. CD-Spieler und TV sehr alt und beides nicht funktionstĂŒchtig. Sofa im Wohnzimmer sehr alt und unbequem durchgesessen, Sessel "verspeckt" an Armlehen und Kopfteil; keine Tischchen im Wohnzimmer, so dass man nichts abstellen kann (z. B. eine Tasse Tee). Betten in den beiden Neben-Schlafzimmern ca. 175 cm lang und ca. 80 cm breit; somit ungeeignet fĂŒr Erwachsene. Leselampen im Hauptschlafzimmer defekt (wurden dann abgeholt, aber nicht ersetzt). WĂ€nde tlw. mit Flecken; Bodenfliesen im Flur tlw. mit ausgebrochenen Mörtelfugen. Insgesamt eine lieblos vernachlĂ€ssigte Wohnung, die eigentlich sehr schön sein könnte, mit einem indiskutablem Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis. In keinster Weise als "Luxus" zu bezeichnen (abgesehen vom schönen historischen Grundriss, dem Stuck and der Decke, den wenigen Eye-Catcher-Möbeln und der guten, aber lauten Lage). Nicht zu empfehlen fĂŒr den geforderten Preis. Wir haben Habitat (Verwaltung) die MĂ€ngel wĂ€hrend des Urlaubs angezeigt, RĂŒckmeldung erst 5 Tage nach unserer RĂŒckkehr nach Deutschland mit lapidarem Entschuldigungstext per Mail; darĂŒberhinaus: nichts.

Excellent location in a beautiful grand old apartment.

The location of this accommodation could not have been better, everything easily accessible for a city break. The apartment itself is beautiful, however, it could do with some updating in the bathroom and to the heating facilities. We were there in April and it was really cold. The bedding was sparse and I’m glad I brought our own cosy blankets from home with us. It would be great for the blazing heat of summer when I’m sure it really makes sense to have a cool apartment. It was clean and well equipped. We were a family of four plus a couple and the layout of the apartment worked well for that. The couple took the master bedroom at one end of the apartment and the family shared the other two bedrooms at the other end. Thanks for a successful Barcelona experience.

Greatly disappointed.

Because I was in route I didn't receive the message that the greeter was unable to meet with me until 12:00. I was there at my arranged time of 11:30 and had to sneak in the door as another apartment owner exited to have a place to sit and wait. That meant sitting on the stairs. The greeter didn't make the appointment until much later. I felt he was very rushed to get somewhere. He did explain the systems and the door locks. As we checked out the apartment I found eight lights/switches that didn't work. The fan above the cook top, the CD player, there wasn't a bar for the toilet paper roll, door locks were old, worn and tricky. While this was happening the maid was "washing" the entry floor. I don't believe she washed the other floors because there were large dust balls under the wardrobes and beds. The kitchen counter tops whipped off black after she left. First night we had a roach in the kitchen.Other problems: toilet was so dirty it was black in the bottom of the bowl, toilet bowl brush was covered in toilet paper, internet didn't work; floor corners, back of doors were dirty, water stains under mirrors in dining room, we blew a fuse when a hair dryer and curling were on at the same time, cooking pans were a health hazard with peeling plastic non-stick services, freezer had three-four inches of built up frost. This apartment needs a redo of the electric and a steam cleaning. We called on the internet for help. It never worked. CD player had layers of dust inside. Air conditioning filters are clogged and dirty. No window in one bedroom and no air conditioning in that room. The photos should be up dated they aren't correct. Twin bed rooms are very small. Positive things are the living room and location. Local support staff are,(I think) trying to manage too many apartments. They seem rushed to complete task and don't seem to have enough time between assignments if someone need help to come to the apartment. I made a lot of telephone calls and waited hours for help when I was locked out. True it was my mistake but, ones expects help with a reasonable response time. For the price I expected more. I wouldn't stay again.

Don't trust the pictures

Pictures can't be trusted in case of this apartment. Actually the apartment is really tired, dusty and dirty, doors were broken and etc. Fortunately, the bed sheets were clean but when looking under the sheets then it would be better not to look. Also it was a negative surprise that there is only one real window for the entire apartment (the others which can be seen from the pictures are artificial and there is no view through these). From the positive side - everything outside of the apartment was nice (building itself, corridors) and the location is also great.

Fantastic location but everything in the property was falling apart

When we arrived at the apartment, the wifi wasn't working and there was a handy man there fixing the aircon. Once he left and we got settled, we slowly began to notice how many things didn't work. The toaster, the hob, light switches and the fridge bulb stopped working. The toaster even electrocuted one of us. The shower which you have to hold above your head, leaks all over the place in the bathroom where the lights kept flickering. I rang the owners to try and fix all this but they only managed to replace the fridge bulb and the toaster after much difficulty getting into contact with them. The apartment itself is very much like the photos and the location made up for what the facilities lacked. There was also only aircon in one bedroom out of 3 which we didn't think would be the case from the apartment description. It was liveable and clean but if you're expecting an easy stay then maybe this isn't the best apartment to go for. Cannot fault the location though, it made it all worth it.

Dated apartment close to University and La Rambla

Wonderful old apartment in a great location. Unfortunately, we weren't given any soap or shampoo for washing and the shower was really a tub with a hand-held shower head - so you had to be on your knees to wash. Good 24 hour assistance for help with refrigerator not working. Unfortunately, we got fined for a set of keys that we were not given. Otherwise it was neat to stay in a cool apartment near the Metro, the University and La Rambla.

Eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung in keinem guten Zustand

Die Einzelbetten haben schlechte Matratzen und quietschen. SĂ€mtliche KĂŒchengerĂ€te sind in einem schlechten Zustand/alt und nicht gerade sauber. Als wir dort waren, war es in der Nacht ziemlich kĂŒhl. Es gab keine warmen Decken. Die Wohnung ist eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung, die allerdings renovierungsbedĂŒrftig ist. Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist toll. In der Wohnung gibt es teilweise sehr schöne Altbaumöbel.

Awesome location.. beautiful apartment

We spent 5 nights in this lovely apartment recently. The location is pretty hard to beat. 5 mins walk to Las Ramblas, Placa Catalunya and Pasieg de Gracia station which has connections to virtually everywhere. The apartment itself has been beautifully restored but keeps all the original character. Endless amounts of room, a huge bathroom and separate WC means its great for people sharing. We have two young children and there's even a small bedroom with toys, cot, highchair - everything you need for little ones. The only very tiny thing is that it's quite a dark apartment with not a lot of natural light but the lighting in each room is perfectly adequate. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona. Oh and the bakery across the street is brilliant. Means you can fuel up cheaply and easily with yummy stuff in the morning before heading out for a big day exploring the city. Thankyou Habitat Apartments!

Lovely apartment in an awesome location!

This apartment was very quiet - you would never know that you are right in the city. It's easy to get there from the airport on the bus, get around town on public transport and all food/grocery options are within a block or two. Our family of 6 enjoyed the space in the apartment and the bakery across the road!

Fantastic location!

We stayed at this property on holiday with two adults and three children. The apartment is spacious and well maintained and we found the website descriptions to be accurate. The beds are very good and it was very quiet at night and good for sleeping. There is a nice bakery right across the street with delicious breakfast treats and there is a superb ice cream shop (DelaCrem) only 2-3 blocks away. A bike tour of the city was one of our family highlights. The location is ideal and we were able to walk or take the nearby metro or bus for all of our sightseeing. We were also able to easily return to the apartment to rest in between activities. One item to note is the capacity of the water heater is less than we were expecting - our family had to be strategic about the timing and spacing of taking showers. I would definitely recommend this property.
