The Space:

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an abundance of natural light that fills the apartment, highlighting beautiful wooden floors and contemporary decor. The living room features a spacious sofa, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The living and dining area is equipped with air conditioning and overlooks Vía Augusta, adding both comfort and charm.



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests with five bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed (180x200) that can also be arranged as two single beds, plus a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 offers a cozy double bed (150x200) with a small walk-in closet and a tower fan. Bedroom 3 is designed for one guest with a single bed (90x200) and a tower fan. Bedroom 4 includes another king-size bed (180x200) or two single beds, as well as a tower fan. Bedroom 5 provides a comfortable double bed (150x200), an armoire, and air conditioning. All bedrooms are interior, ensuring a quiet and restful stay.



The apartment offers two full bathrooms: one en-suite with Bedroom 1 and another with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day.



Our fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. You’ll have everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals at the dining table or breakfast bar.



Modern amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning in key areas ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Getting Around:

To get to the apartment is relatively easy from the airport. There are a few options.



1) Take a taxi.



A normal taxi with 4 seats costs about 30 euros.



2) Aerobus. Buy a ticket, approximately 5 euro pp.



Once you have arrived at Placa de Catalunya by Aerobus (The end of the line). Go left once you are getting out of the Aerobus and walk towards (looking towards the Tibidabo mountain) Passeig de Gracia Metro, which is two blocks away from Placa de Catalunya (10 minutes by foot).



Take the green line (L3) metro and get out at the next stop "Fontana". This metro station is a short walk from the apartment.



3) By train R2N (FAST & CHEAP).



Offboard at Passeig de Gracia. From there, you can jump on a taxi, metro or bus

*Tourist tax excluded (10.45 eur per night per person)

*Quiet hours from 22:00-08:00hrs

*Elevator usage: 2 suitcases at a time



- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in fee (upon request): 25€ for arrival after 11:00 AM.

If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00.



- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00.



- Maintenance Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue.
