Notre spacieux appartement de trois chambres comprend un magnifique salon et trois beaux balcons qui offrent Ă  nos clients des vues spectaculaires qui restent avec eux mĂȘme aprĂšs avoir quittĂ© Barcelone.


L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble du 18Úme siÚcle, dans un quartier résidentiel calme et agréable, à cinq minutes à pied de la Plaça Catalunya et du Passeig de Gracia. L'appartement est entiÚrement équipé pour répondre aux besoins et aux désirs de tous nos clients.

Le charme paisible de notre appartement Casp Platinum et de son voisinage invite nos clients à revenir à Barcelone. Vous pouvez regarder toute la ville depuis le balcon, prendre un repas dans un restaurant voisin, ou tomber sur la Sagrada Família juste en prenant une marche imprévue. Location, location, location! This VRBO is easily accessible to many favorable spots to visit and our host was great with communication, check in and out and everything was lovely. We did have an issue with the stovetop so hopefully that will be fixed for the next person. The 3rd bedroom is very small and has 2 twin beds which is not what we expected but it all worked out fine for us anyway. We would certainly stay here again and do recommend.

Great location, and very responsive host. Apartment was clean. On the down side we were charged an extra cleaning charge for an early check in which we did not expect. Apartment was comfortable, but quite loud at night. We had the misfortune of 2 very windy nights and the shutters on the balcony were slamming constantly. They were not able to be secured very well so kept us up all night.

Beautiful and luxurious apartment located in a charming neighborhood and a short walk to all the main sites. Beautiful balconies overlooking Barcelona. Arian is a wonderful host, and made us feel so welcome, leaving bottled water, wine, and some food staples in the refrigertor. Well stocked kitchen for hosting meals.

Great location in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We were family of four with two adult children, plenty of room for everyone. Easy to walk to many places, and the metro is close. Many restaurants and cafes close by. Wonderful terraces to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Arian was very kind and helpful. We would love to come back!

Wonderful stay, amazing location!

The apartment was exactly as described. The bedrooms were very spacious and the apartment was bright and airy. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make a few meals in during our 10 day stay. But the location was the best feature. Everything was a 20 minute walk at most. We there are grocery markets and restaurants right across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We loved it. Arian was an exceptional host. Very responsive.

Great flat in a terrific location

The appartment was terriffic, and the host was very helpful. There was even fresh fruit for us when we arrived. Location is fantastic within walking distance of all the major sites to see in Barcelona.

Great Apartment

This apartment was a great location with beautiful views. It was beautiful inside but a bit different from the pictures. We had a bit of an issue with check in time and it was not ready for us and check out we were asked to check out a little earlier than the checkout time. Airian, the host, a very friendly man worked with is with our luggage which was great and provided good communication. The apartment was spacious and worked well for us. The coffee maker didn't seem to work which was frustrating. The door to get in the building had issues too. There is a small elevator so make sure its working because its alot of stairs if not.

Overall, while the property worked for us, but for the premium price, the amenities and the tired condition, this listing left us underwhelmed. What is really sad, is that the bones of this property are fantastic and with a little work and minor expence, it could be made great.

Excellent location

Arian was very pleasant, he greeted us and filled us in on some great places to eat and see. The Condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 and my teenagers were happy to have their own rooms. We would definitely recommend staying here, Barcelona is amazing.

This is our second time staying in this apartment as the location is super! The parking arrangement was super helpful! Thank you Arian. Unfortunately this time the kitchen was not super clean and the beds had no top sheets just comforters (in the BCN heat not the greatest). The pictures as mentioned in my last reviews do not reflect accurately the apartment - lots of furniture and a bit crowded. Overall nice stay.

Wonderful apartment and location

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very nice, the beds are very comfortable. We were in the city so it was a bit loud. We ran noise machines on our phones which helped. It was nice being a bit further out from all the big city crowds. We would have liked more coffee. There is a charge for more towels, coffee, and garbage removal. We chose not to utilize this since it would've been 60 euro. All in all it was a very nice stay. A very comfortable, spacious flat. We enjoyed the character and charm of the flat!

A bit disappointing for the cost!

The pictures sure were much better than the flat in person. They appeared to be from many years ago and without the clutter of things everywhere in the flat. The place was clean but certainly less than anticipated especially for the premium price we paid. I really feel we were taken advantage of with the price we paid. It was advertised as a quiet residential neighborhood and it was anything but quiet. It was clean and that was good but things were in need of repair and the price we paid was especially large for what we received. There was one comment made that unfortunately I did not read until after we arrived which was a poor rating and frankly summed it up very accurately. I would not stay here again!

Spacious Traditional Spanish Apartment

Host was exceptionally responsive. Apartment is very clean and beds were fabulous. Location is close to shopping and attractions. The two bathrooms was great with family. Elevator worked well. East walk to grocery and washer dryer was useful.
