VILLA ZETA - FLORENCE AREA
Located in the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Siena, Villa Zeta is an eco-friendly villa with a large garden and private swimming pool. Ideally suited for relaxing family getaways, gatherings of friends, or hosting meetings and special events, this villa is part of an agricultural estate in the Chianti Classico area.

Villa Zeta (300 sqm) develops over three levels (ground, first and second floor).

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (with sofa and stone fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen (with a table) and a meeting room. In the sleeping area on this level, you will find a double bedroom (with double bed), a twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a bathroom (with a shower).

Accessed via a stone staircase, the first floor welcomes you with a large living room (with sofa and armchairs), an adjoining dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area on this level, consists of three bedrooms:

- One double bedroom (with double bed) with adjacent bathroom (with a shower)
- One double bedroom (with double bed) with adjacent bathroom (with a shower and tub)
- One twin bedroom (with two single beds) with adjacent bathroom (with a shower).

Ascending to the second floor via a wooden staircase, you will find a study area that also serves as a twin bedroom featuring two single beds.

Next to the main entrance on the ground floor, accessible from the garden, there is a laundry room with a washing machine.

Additionally, the stable which overlooks the lawn on the ground floor has been converted into a large hall. This versatile space is well-suited for hosting meetings and receptions (for up to 50 guests).

Outside, the villa boasts a large garden with a shady dining area and barbecue area for alfresco meals. Also, in the garden, there is a private swimming pool, measuring 12 x 6 metres with a depth of 1.4 metres. Normally open from the end of April to mid-October (depending on the weather), the pool is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, offering an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
