A hundred year old farmhouse, elegantly restored, in an oasis between centuries-old olive trees, cypresses and wild herbs. The frenetic rhythms of modern life leave for the peace and tranquility of a farmhouse immersed in the Chianti countryside. Thanks to the private swimming pool and the wellness and spa center inside the villa, Villa Incanto is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany.
Independent villa of 20 beds composed of a main building and a cottage.
The main building consists of three floors.
On the ground floor there is a living room with terracotta floors and stone walls, exposed beams and bows. On this floor there is also the main hall and the kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook and equipped with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. A large dining room with tables and chairs is at guests' disposal. From it you will access an outdoor area with barbecue and furniture for outdoor dining and dinners as well as comfortable loungers and hammocks in the garden. On the ground floor there is the La Casetta suite consisting of a nice living room with sofa, small kitchen and double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the first floor there are 7 double rooms all with private bathroom and a large living room with sofas. The Fattore room, La Massaia, The Sensale are double rooms each featuring private bathroom with shower. The Il Guardia room is a double room with private bathroom with Jacuzzi. The Treccone room is a twin bedroom and has a private external shower with shower. The Garzone room has a large balcony with beautiful views of the countryside. The double room has a private bathroom with a hydromassage shower. The Contadino room is a double room with a mezzanine with an additional bed and a private bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor there is a further room, The Capoccio, located in the ancient tower, the retreat of doves and pigeons of the ancient farm. The room does not have an en suite bathroom but you need to get off for two stairs to reach it.
Finally the cottage was built from inside what was originally the farm's barn, and occupies the entire ground floor of the farm. It consists of a large living room, sofas and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The cottage features a large loggia, private garden and direct access to the pool.
The large pool, with waterfalls and a hot tub, mosaic-covered, overlooks the large garden of the villa.
Guests can also enjoy the delightful spa. The Wellness Center has a heated Jacuzzi, a sauna, a Shiatsu massage table, a gym, 2 showers and a dressing room. The spa is only available to our guests. Massages and beauty treatments are available upon request.
