Our home offers a spacious and inviting layout designed for ultimate mountain comfort. The home features four well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary suite on the main floor, and three additional guest rooms upstairs, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. The living area serves as the heart of the home, centered around a cozy indoor fireplace perfect for chilly mountain evenings. A fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances and cookware for preparing meals, while the dedicated game room provides endless entertainment for all ages. Outside, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air on the patio or balcony, complete with outdoor furniture and a grill for dining al fresco. Three full bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests. The property also includes a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have full and private access to the entire home. This includes all four bedrooms, the three full bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living area, and the dedicated game room. Outside, you are welcome to enjoy the fresh mountain air on your private patio and balcony. You will also have access to the laundry area with a washer and dryer, as well as a dedicated workspace. Please note that the property is part of a larger estate with other homes nearby, so we kindly ask that you remain within the designated areas of our property to ensure privacy for all guests.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the Tynecastle Neighborhood, our home serves as the perfect gateway in the Tynecastle neighborhood, to the best of the North Carolina mountains. You will find yourself just a short five to ten minute drive from the charming town center, where you can explore unique local shops, boutiques, and a variety of delightful dining options ranging from casual cafes to upscale mountain cuisine.



Getting Around:

To make the most of your mountain retreat, we recommend arriving by car, as public transportation is limited in the Banner Elk area. You will enjoy the convenience of free parking directly on the premises for your vehicle. The property is located approximately ninety minutes from Tri-Cities Airport and about two hours from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, less than 10 minutes from the heart of banner elk, grocery stores are less than 2 miles on either side of you, with fun and adventure sprinkled all throughout.



Other Things to Note:

The interior stair case is only 16 inches wide. You can enter the upstairs through the exterior upstairs door, however, you must enter via the interior staircase in order to unlock the upstairs exterior door.
