Spacious Ski Chalet is truly ski-in, Ski-out with new private staircase to slopes. This 5 Bed/4 Bath, 3500+ Sqft home offers both privacy and convenience to Beech Mountain activities. Huge Mountain views and THE BEST views of BM Ski Resort. Enjoy the private hot tub, 2 gas fireplaces, full size wet bar, & 2-story open great room with incredible views. In the summer, mountain bike from the backyard or walk to the Summer concerts. Perfect for multiple families or large groups. Pet-friendly!
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end, stainless steel kitchen appliances, free specialty coffee and k-cups, with multiple ways to brew coffee. The extra large dining room table seats 10.
Primary bedroom is located on the main floor with large windows facing the slopes. Long bed, large closet, plush linens, smart TV and desk.
Primary bedroom en-suite bathroom has
jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.
Main floor 2nd bedroom:
Queen bed, clothing storage and plush linens and pillows. Bathroom is just outside bedroom in hallway.
Basement has large, cozy 2nd living room / game room equipped with a full-size, luxury wet bar with bar seating and TV. The large section couch seats plenty. Enjoy the smart TV with many streaming apps, stone fireplace with gas logs, and plenty of throw blankets for movie nights or cool evenings. The lower level back porch with seating is just outside looming over the slopes. Itâs beautiful at night.
3rd bedroom in basement has a queen bed, smart TV, and comfortable mattress. Bathroom is just outside the door.
Basement bunk room sleeps 6. There are 4, twin bunks and a queen size sleeper sofa. Plenty of extra linens and pillows provided.
Full size washer and dryer also located in the basement. Detergent is provided free.
The 3rd story loft has the extra spacious, 5th bedroom equipped with a king bed, queen size sleeper sofa, table with two chairs, and an en-suite bathroom. All toiletries provided.
This is also a true Ski-In/Ski-Out property with the ability to walk from the lower deck right onto the slopes. The home is located at the very end of Slopes lane with a long private driveway with parking for plenty of cars. Please note it is a single lane drive way until you reach the house so guests may need to back down the driveway. If there are only two cars parked next to the house you can turn around at the top.
The hosts are VERY responsive with three people always watching the listing to quickly help with any guest question or needs prior or during their stay. Top-notch customer service is key to a convenient, enjoyable vacation.
Guests will have access to the entire property and the private staircase leading to the slopes.

Bear bin for all trash is located at the end of the driveway.
Driveway is one lane until you reach the top where cars can park side by side. Can fit 6 or more vehicles BUT with multiple cars there isnât a way to turn around so guests will need to back down driveway, which is decently long.
Up to 2 dogs welcome for $150 per fee paid prior to check-in. A 3rd dog may be allowed with prior approval.
1. No smoking inside. Smoking on deck or yard is permitted but please clean up any butts. A $300 fee will be charged if guests smokes in the cabin to pay for air remediation.
2. Pet fee must be paid prior to arrival or a charge of $250 will be charged
3. Late checkout will be charged a $100 fee if after 10:30am unless otherwise approved ahead of time. This is to help respect our cleaners time and turning house for next guest.
4. Please follow checkout instructions or additional labor fees can be applied if cleaners charge us extra.
5. No parties without prior approval. A fee of $500 could be charged for cleanup.
6. Extra guest fee will be charged if more than 16 guests stay at $50 per night, per guest.
7. If more than two dogs are brought an extra fee of $150 will be added. Dogs only.
