Ridgeline View has a beautiful, well appointed kitchen ready for any chef. The dining table has room for six, plus four bar stools at the large island. The living room has long range views for stunning sunrises. The large screened TV ready for your streaming, gas fireplace, and seating offer a comfortable oasis. On the main level is the first ensuite bedroom with a King sized bed, a TV, and deck access. The private bath has a soaking tub, a custom, tiled shower, and a double granite vanity for plenty of space.
Upstairs is a second ensuite with a king bed, TV, and private tub/shower and double vanity. The third king bedroom has its own TV, as well, and shared a full bath with the entertainment loft and twins room. The loft can be open or closed to the living area below with the sliding barn doors. A large sectional provides seating around the TV, and behind the second set of barn doors is a nook with two twin beds, each with a twin trundle underneath (opens to four twin beds).
Outside, you'll find a covered deck with a wood-burning fireplace, seating, and a TV. The deck wraps around to the back, where the beautiful views overlooking the backyard and the mountains are. A gas grill is available for grilling outside. In the backyard, there is a fire pit lined with stone and surrounded by pea gravel and Adirondacks.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
-All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing them to the home.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This homeowner has exterior security cameras monitoring their property to ensure it remains safe. One is on the garage and views the walkway. One views the front entrance of the house. One views the other side of the entrance to the front of the house.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
