Welcome to Mama's Mountain Place! This log cabin, custom built with love and intention poured into every choice, is the long-awaited result of a dream shared between a mama and her adult children. Today, the cabin ready to be shared with you and your loved ones!

Sleeping Accommodations:
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 additional private sleeping area and 1 semi-private sleeping area.
Main Level: Primary Queen Room with private full bathroom,
Upper Level: Two Queen Rooms each with a private full bath
Lower Level: King Room, Queen Room, Rec Room has Twin over Twin bunk and Trundle, shared bathroom

PET FRIENDLY HOME! Mama's Mountain Place welcomes a max of two well trained mature dogs, 50lbs and under, for an additional pet rent charge of $25/night per pet plus tax.

Ample space for your family and group! The lower level has inviting seating with a large TV, electric fireplace for both ambience and warmth. A cute rustic twin xl over twin xl bunkbed with stow away twin trundle. Foosball for the young at heart and a high top table for a friendly game of cards, or to sit and chat over a warm beverage together.

Head outside on that same lower level to relax a bit under cover, in the hot tub with an overhead fan to circulate that mountain breeze.

Trek down a bit to the pond, located just down from the home.

Mama's Mountain Place has the right balance of entertainment and relaxation for a great family getaway!

ADDITIONAL NOTES
​​​​​​​• Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
​​​​​​​• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
​​​​​​​• Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
​​​​​​​• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
​​​​​​​• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
​​​​​​​• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
​​​​​​​• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
​​​​​​​• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
​​​​​​​• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
• The owner of this home uses an exterior front door camera to monitor the entry & parking area and ensure it remains safe. No cameras are pointed at the hot tub, firepit, or other gathering places and there are no interior cameras.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
​​​​​​​Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
