Welcome to La Dolce Vita at Eagles Nest!
Constructed in 2025, be one of the first to experience the sweet life in Banner Elk's premier gated community. Perfectly positioned just 1.2 miles from the brand-new Epic Chophouse, this beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom mountain cabin offers the ideal blend of privacy, comfort, and resort-style living. With accommodations for up to 11 guests and access to Eagles Nest's coveted community amenities, it's the perfect retreat for families, groups, or multiple couples.
Step inside to a warm and inviting elevated living space framed by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and anchored by a stunning stone fireplace. The open floor plan flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and generous dining area, making meal prep and gatherings effortless. Step outside to the oversized back deck, where you'll find an outdoor fireplace, plenty of seating, and a true mountain living space perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets.
The main level features a spacious king ensuite with a private bathroom, along with a twin-over-queen bunk room that's perfect for kids or teens, with a full bathroom just across the hall. Upstairs, you'll find two queen ensuites—one with a private bathroom and the other with a bath that opens to both the hallway and bedroom for flexible access. The upper level also includes a private loft, which serves as a cozy game room with shuffleboard, an arcade, and a queen Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.
When the night calls for a little fresh-air magic, head down to the firepit to roast marshmallows under the stars, with ample Adirondack seating for the whole group. Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
• Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on near this home. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
• This home allows up to 2 mature, crate-trained dogs, max of 35lbs each for an additional rent of $25/nt per pet plus taxes.
• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
• Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
• Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
• Check in is after 4pm
• Checkout by 10am
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
• Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
• BRMR is not responsible for items left in the home.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
