This home is an ideal place for couples, business travelers, families, and friends to adventure and relax!

The fully equipped kitchen and its inviting dining area open onto a cozy living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings by the fire. Two comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an outdoor deck provide plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 2 BEDROOMS:
The condo features two tastefully furnished bedrooms that offer the high levels of comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after a memorable day of adventuring throughout the rich natural settings of Beech Mountain.

This cozy condo has two full bathrooms, both stocked with premium towels for maximum comfort and convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA:
This unit has a fully covered deck with chairs and a table. Outdoor amenities on-site include tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, disc golf, putt-putt, a playground, outdoor decks, firepit, grills, and hiking trails. It's a short easy walk to restaurants, hiking trails, Beech Mountain sledding hill, Overlook Barn event venue, and Fred’s Mercantile, just to name a few.

The All Seasons Center offers an indoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, dry sauna, exercise room, and recreation area including ping pong, a pool table, and more! You will also find tennis courts, miniature golf, and walking paths to favorite local spots!

Other Things to Note:
★ The pullout sofa is currently not available for sleeping but an inflatable mattress is available for use.

★ THINGS TO NOTE ★
- A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in
• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
- Wood for the fireplace is not provided; you can purchase from Fred’s general mercantile
- Cameras may be installed in areas considered public like entries and parking areas.
- 4WD/AWD vehicle or snow chains are HIGHLY recommended during winter months

★ The All Season Amenity Center is closed for annual maintenance during the month of April.

The home is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit including a playground with spectacular views, an adventure tower, seasonal sledding hill, Fred’s General Mercantile, a brewery and a taproom, a history museum and more!

Both Beech Mountain and Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips.

Although the Town of Beech Mountain does a great job clearing snow off of the main roads quickly in the winter months it is highly recommended to have 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months we highly recommend bringing snow chains to assist.
