Welcome to Campfire Trail, your home away from home, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Lodges at Eagles Nest community. With gorgeous views, two comfy bedrooms, and a great layout for families or couples, this home is the perfect base for your next mountain getaway!
Guest favorite highlights include:
- Two spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs loft (accessed by a newly added fun spiral staircase) with two twin bedsâperfect for kids
- Cozy gas fireplace in the living room for chilly mountain evenings
- Stunning mountain views from the deck, living room, and both bedrooms
- Outdoor fire pit for s'mores, stargazing, and quality time with the entire family
- Open-concept living area with warm wood accents and plenty of natural light
- Tucked inside the gated Eagles Nest community with access to top-notch amenities. Within walking distance to the pickleball courts, archery, and disc golf!
- Up to two mature, well-trained dogs welcome!

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- This home is pet friendly. Two mature, well-trained dogs allowed with a $25 per day, per dog free.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
-Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
