Blue Ridge Postcard View is a deluxe 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, West facing condo at The Reserve at Sugar Mountain with beautiful long range, layered mountain views at 5200 ft. elevation. It is close to all that the High Country area offers, such as skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, hiking, waterfalls, whitewater rafting, golfing, tennis, wineries, fine local restaurants, and of course, the Blue Ridge Parkway! A few minutes drive gets you to any of the area attractions such as Grandfather Mountain, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Linville Falls, Tweetsie Railroad, etc.

Enjoy a morning with coffee or an evening sunset on the 300 square foot deck with a 180 degree mountain view, The main living area has a million dollar view to the west, widescreen TV, a table that seats six, a bar with barstools, and a bistro table with two barstools as well. The master bedroom has amazing views from the king size bed. There is a wide screen TV, access to the deck, a jetted jacuzzi tub in the spacious bathroom, as well as a tiled, oversized shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and shares a full bath with the living area. The condo has a washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, and a gourmet kitchen with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Due to elevation, the average temperature is 20 -25 degrees cooler than the Charlotte/ATL/Eastern NC areas, and approximately 10 degrees cooler than other “mountain towns” due to the high elevation. Because of this, it is required during the winter months that you have a 4WD or AWD vehicle due to snow and/or ice. There is no refund for not being able to reach the condo due to weather conditions.
