Welcome to Bearinger's Bluff in the Village of Eagles Nest!

On a short road with no through traffic you'll find Bearinger's Bluff, our first five bedroom home in the Village. Four King beds and then a bunk room allow the whole family to enjoy!

With parking for three vehicles, a few steps are all you need to take to enter the main level. Walk into the gorgeous dining area and spacious kitchen. The leathered granite counters and contrasting island have space for several chefs. The dining table seats 6-8 guests and another 4 can sit at the bar. Off of the kitchen is a full laundry center with counters and a sink that opens to the mudroom. Across the hall is a half bath. In the living room, there is a gas fireplace, a large TV, and access to the deck. The main level deck has a two person hot tub and a wood-burning fireplace. Cook dinner on the Blackstone! It is located just off of the kitchen and living room to the right. One bedroom is on the main level, with a King suite. The room has a private deck, ceiling fan, and the private full bathroom with a shower and a double granite vanity.

Upstairs are two bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The King bedroom has a TV and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunkbed. On the lower level, there is a den with a large sectional, TV, high-top table for four, Pac-Man arcade table, Xbox, and a pool table. The lower deck has furniture and a fire table to enjoy the sunset views, plus a new six person hot tub. Steps lead to the grounds with the newly landscaped fire pit and chairs.
While enjoying your stay at Bearingers Bluff, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- Please note this home has parking space for up to 3 vehicles max.
- Firewood may be added by at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- This property has the following security cameras in-place camera #1 at entrance door wall pointed towards entrance steps, camera #2 on front left side wall of house pointing towards parking area, and camera #3 on rear deck wall pointed at the rear entrance steps, no cameras monitor the interior of the home or common gathering areas.

-This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $50 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. Please crate dogs when left alone.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended and may be required during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We stayed at Bearingers Bluff with a large group consisting of our extended family. The house was as advertised in the photos and description. We were not bothered in the slightest by the construction in the neighborhood. The house was in great condition, very good cleanliness, and well furnished. I would not hesitate to return to this property.

Hillside cabin

Be sure to use bear proof trash cans. We came upon 2 large black bears feasting on the next door neighbor’s trash. Lovely place. Spacious and accommodating. The drive into the property is a lil scary.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful house, in an amazing location! So easy to get to, and everything about the house was perfect and just as described. Bedrooms were huge with big closets, kitchen fully equipped with everything you’d need, the living area was open and huge, and the communication was so clear, it made our trip stress free. I have already recommended this house to others!

Fabulous house in a fantastic neighborhood

This house was phenomenal for 3 families. It is gorgeous. We loved all the multiple hang out spots. From the fire pit to the decks to the game room. Our teenagers had a blast and the game room was large enough we could all hang out comfortably together. Not only was the house amazing, the neighborhood itself was also a blast. There is so much to do. Definitely hike to the ropes course. Very cool trail. And the winery was a blast. Everything was truly a magical experience. We can’t wait to make this an annual trip.

The house was 10x better than what we thought it would be. It was very large and very clean for all of us. There are plenty of places to sleep and all the rooms were large and stocked to perfection. We didn't want to leave! I would come back and stay here again and again!
