An authentic log cabin getaway in the mountains, this fabulous home radiates exquisite quality and unique craftsmanship. Located in the high-elevation town of Seven Devils, The Flippin View offers four (4) bedrooms and three and a half (3.5) bathrooms with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate sixteen (16) guests. The lower level offers a second living room with a full kitchen, pool table, shuffleboard, and flat-screen TV. This home features year-round mountain views, a hot tub, and two wood-burning stone fireplaces.

Centrally located in the High Country, the cabin is only one mile from Hawks Nest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines Resort, Otter Falls, and Otter Falls Trail, Seven Devils Town Park with a playground, tennis courts, a picnic area, and more! Other nearby attractions within 5 to 20 minutes of travel time include Grandfather Mountain and the popular profile hiking trail, Grandfather Mountain Winery, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, and Tweetsie Railroad. Blowing Rock and Boone are within 11 miles, and the town of Banner Elk is only 8 miles. The village of Valle Crucis, the Valle Crucis Riverfront Park, and the original historic Mast General Store are less than 10 miles away.

The living room has a wood-burning stone fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and beautiful mountain-style furnishings on the main level. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with bar seating, an adjacent dining table, and a breakfast nook table that will accommodate fourteen (14) guests. The main floor deck has a gas grill, an outdoor table, and seating for enjoying long-range views. Downstairs is a second living room with a flat-screen TV, a shuffleboard table, a pool table, an office/workspace, and a second full kitchen. Step out to the lower deck for a soak in the hot tub, or relax on the abundant deck furniture with a cup of coffee.

The master king suite on the main level is well-appointed with upscale wooden furniture, a flat-screen TV, deck access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub. Upstairs is a cozy loft beside a second king bedroom and a fun bunk room with four (4) queen beds that share a hall bathroom. A third king bedroom with gorgeous mountain views and a private ensuite bathroom is downstairs. The sleeper sofa on the lower level accommodates two more guests for a total occupancy of sixteen (16) guests.

There are six TVs throughout the house. The two living room TVs have cable or satellite programming, and the four (4) bedroom TVs are smart TVs with the Spectrum app installed. The Flippin View has central heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.

Pets are welcome with your reservation. Guests can add up to two dogs to a reservation. Located on the peak of Seven Devils, the road to the house is paved, although curvy and climbing in elevation. The pull-in gravel driveway will comfortably accommodate three (3) cars and will fit up to four (4) vehicles. Winter guests should prepare ahead for inclement weather with 4WD and chains.

Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund
