An Escape to Remember - Camp Eagles Nest, pet friendly, hot tub, views, fire pit

Welcome to An Escape to Remember, your base for Camp Eagles Nest in walking distance to tennis and pickleball and five minutes from the North Pavilion.

The beautiful, new kitchen opens to the living area with deck access. The gas fireplace and large TV have several chairs and a sofa. The two suites are on either side of the living room. The King suite to the right has a TV and a fabulous bathroom. The bathroom has a large, tiled shower, and the double vanity with a granite counter top. The King suite on the left has the same great views, with a tiled tub/shower combination, and a granite double vanity.

On the back deck, you'll find a gas grill and new hot tub on the expanded deck and steps down to the firepit. Parking in the front is flat and level for 2-3 vehicles.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs, a max of 60lbs each for an additional rent of $25/night per dog plus tax.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee and cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months and chains may be necessary during times of snow or ice.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests returning to An Escape to Remember may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
