This classic mountain top condo is set 5,000 feet atop Sugar Mountain with SKI-OUT and SKI-IN access to two of the best runs on the mountain. The balcony overlooks a lovely wooded area and Sugar's mountain biking trails. It is part of Sugar Ski and Country Club, an exclusive mountain top community with new pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis, pickleball courts, and a gated entrance.

We consistently hear from our guests – WOW, the pictures just really don't do this place justice! Admittedly, even though we've tried our best to provide travelers a 360-virtual tour on our main site, the space is best experienced live on the mountain. See the over 163! ACCESS - SKI and Snowboard from where you eat, sleep, and lounge! We are 1 of 3 end-unit condos that are the Absolute closest to Ski Sugar's main corridor slopes – Sugar Slalom and the Bottom of Switchback (Any other map pins near are just not in the correct location; be sure to inquire when researching). It is 50 steps from the door to Sugar Slalom, or you can walk or ski easily to Switchback. Additionally, we are similar walk distance to Oma's Meadow, the best kept secret on the Mountain. Sugar completed Oma's multi-million-dollar infrastructure investment with the install of a brand-new 4 passenger, Doppelmayr high speed quad chairlift. The resort also invested in enhanced snow making capabilities in order to open this local favorite slope sooner in the season.

PARKING – AVOID THE MASSES, THE LINES, BUS, and OVERFLOW LOTS at the Resort. We offer parking at the slope; we are literally right beside the access point. You can park, then ski or board immediately. We are in Sugar Ski and Country Club, NOT in the Sugar Top condos, so you park directly in front of our building. No walking uphill or shuttles to lower parking in our complex. One thing to note the road leading to our complex is state maintained and our HOA provides snow removal for our buildings. While conditions can always be challenging during the season, this helps alleviate some of the complexities that you might face at other direct slope access housing at other mountains. 4-wheel/AWD drive still gets mandated by village at times in the winter.

VIEW – Right at 5,000 Feet, our CORNER unit windows and deck provide refreshing views of the mountain, valley, and all the ski and snowboard action.

ACCOMMODATIONS – Our unit and the KING master is perfect for couples looking for a cozy mountain ski getaway. However, we also have the unique ability to host families. Please see the details and/or contact us for our sleeping configuration.

THE AFTER SKI AMENITIES – Save time, money, driving, and hassle cooking your own meals at your own place right off the slopes! Use the time saved from parking and driving to connect with your people! Sugar Ski and Country Club is the ONLY complex in the High Country that provides our guests a Pool, Jacuzzi, and Sauna right off the slopes! Other amenities include a new clubhouse, workout room, meeting space, outdoor picnic tables and grills, and ski hangout huts. SSCC is also the only facility to have an Electric Car Charging station at the top of the mountain, coming through for Tesla and other electric car drivers who do not have options for miles!

WARM UP ROUTINE – Hit the SAUNA, HOT TUB, take a swim, or the workout room for a few reps to warm up the legs before hitting the slopes. GEAR UP far away from the crowds in the comfort of your own building. Stretch and put on your boots in a climate controlled environment with no rush.
FIRST TRACKS – 9am opening and the 6pm restart are waiting just for you to shred Sugar's freshly groomed snow!

The condo features over 900 square feet of indoor living space, as well as a private balcony. This unit is a corner unit, providing maximum privacy and wonderful views. It's a great space for families, couples, girls or guys weekends, and kids of all ages.

The condo was furnished with families in mind. The decor is all mountain-based, from the skis and snowshoes on the wall to the bear accents that make Sugar Mountain so unique. Inside we wanted CLEAN (our home ALWAYS will be) and we wanted amenities. We offer the convenience of one-level living with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a well-appointed fully stocked kitchen, a separate heated ski closet, flat-screen TVs in each room, washer and dryer, high-speed internet, cable and Netflix availability, wireless chargers for phones, FireTV stick, and 2 Roku TVs.

We always provide our guests with linens and towels, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, other cleaners, and other “little” things that one might forget when packing. We also provide STARTER SETS of paper products like paper towels and toilet paper. Although we don't inventory other items, some essentials often stay stocked such as assorted spices, cooking oil, sweeteners, etc. We want you to be comfortable and your stay to be easy.
