Only 15 mins drive to the iconic Byron Beaches.

The rear of the house opens onto landscaped gardens and the lawn leads down to a fenced therapeutic magnesium pool.

Located in a quiet family cul de sac, you will have access to the entire property, excluding the garage.

This lovely home consists of 3 very comfy bedrooms and ideally suits a family with a max of 4 adults and 3 kids.

Main bedroom: King bed, with sunroom office.
Bedroom 2: Bunks with trundle bed, (sleeps up to 3 kids)

2nd Lounge with smart TV and NETFLIX account for guests is situated at the front of the house. A selection of toys and board games are provided.

We also have a comfy thick self-inflating double air mattress and room divider for privacy if you wanted to use this front lounge as a bedroom instead of the kid's bunk room.

Please understand that this is our family home. We have to live with our neighbors 24/7. Because of this we do not accept groups under 23 years of age unless it is a family with children.
