At All Sunsets & Surf you will enjoy the magnificent ocean views, sounds of the surf, and convenient beach access. 

SPACIOUS 4 BEDROOM HOUSE: It is large enough for your friends and family to enjoy all that Bandon has to offer, as well as a peaceful spot to read a book and listen to and watch the ocean. The high vaulted ceilings and big picture windows give you an open feel along with a great view of the ocean. 

The smart TV  has  most channels via a subscription to  Youtube TV and WI-FI completes the package.  The house is split level, and a half flight takes you to the main living area, with kitchen, dining, living and breakfast nook. 

BEDROOMS:  There is a bedroom on the main floor with 2 queen beds adjacent to a full bath. 

Another half flight up takes you to two large bedrooms each with a king bed. One has a master bath and the other is adjacent to a shared bath.  

The 4th bedroom is the cozy "Captain's Quarters" up another half flight with a queen bed.  

The house will be all yours to enjoy. There is a deck on the back with a fenced yard. 

The garage will fit 2 cars and has laundry facilities and a propane BBQ.  

A car is needed to get around town. There is additional parking in the turnaround driveway.  

Pet friendly: Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a fee of $20 per pet per day. 

Minimum rental age is 25 years old.

CHECK-IN time is after 4 p.m. and CHECK-OUT is 11 a.m. Pacific Time.

Early Check-in or late check-out is allowed ONLY with prior approval. The rate is $40/hour if available. Ask us for permission.

Unless you have paid for late departure, if the housekeeper has to wait for you to vacate after 11:10 am it can cause delays for the next guest and additional charges to your account of $50 for the first hour plus $100 each additional hour. Please show respect for our housekeepers and the next guests.

The owner and housekeepers will be available by phone, and our housekeepers are in town should any issues come up.

There's lots to do in Bandon:

You can cross the street to get to Face Rock Wayside, with a path down to Bandon's spectacularly beautiful beach.  This is the  location of the wonderful Circles in the Sand  labyrinth on select low tides mornings.

It's a short drive to Old Town's shops and restaurants, and about 5 miles south to Bandon Crossings' great golf or 15 minutes north to Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. Bandon is a golfer's paradise, with 6 full length amazing tracks to enjoy.

Bandon, Oregon is a wonderful coastal retreat, with quaint shops and restaurants, a crabbing and fishing dock, and charter fishing. It has miles of lovely beaches, tide pools, wildlife, and pounding surf. There's lots to do: horseback riding on the beach, flying kites, kayaking through the Bandon Marsh, fishing for salmon in Coquille River, exploring the Sand Dune National Recreation Area (about a half hour drive), or serving as a base for day trips, such as south to the Redwoods National Park in northern California. 

GOLF:

Some land is meant for Golf. Bandon, Oregon is one of those places. Bandon is a golfer's paradise, with 6 full length amazing tracks to enjoy. Bandon Crossings Golf Course is a unique and interesting 18 hole course with carts available, recommended as a hidden gem by Links Magazine, and ranked by GOLF Magazine in the top 100 courses in the US under $150.

It's famous neighbor, the world class Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, includes the golf courses of Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, Pacific Trails, Old Macdonald, and  the Sheep Ranch. Join golfers from all over the world playing these fabulous golf courses. 

Our guests can enjoy golf at Bandon Crossings Golf Course at the favorable Crossings Club rates, including a cart.
