Stunning 4-Bedroom Barn Conversion
We welcome you to stay in our beautifully converted barn nestled in the charming village of Sulgrave, Northamptonshire. Set on a peaceful road, this spacious home is the perfect place for family getaways, reunions with friends, or simply unwinding in a stylish rural setting!
The heart of the home is the stunning open-plan kitchen and living area with a woodburning stove and a large dining space, this is the ideal setting for memorable evenings where everyone can relax together, make homecooked meals as a family or even enjoy a big takeaway with friends with a few glasses of wine!
The barn sleeps up to 8 comfortably across four bedrooms. On the ground floor, we have the master suite featuring a super-king bed, walk-in dressing room, and a luxurious en-suite with both a bath and a shower.
We also have a beautiful bedroom tailored especially for children, offering two bunk-bed setups. It also includes its own playroom and a private en-suite, making it a true haven for children (and their parents!).
We also have two more bedrooms upstairs, one with a super-king bed and another king size, both complete with an en-suite and plenty of privacy.
Upstairs, we have another large reception room which is an inviting, open space featuring the barn`s original oak beams. Since it`s upstairs, it is quiet and lends itself well to reading or catching up over a glass of wine in front of the fire. Whether you`re lounging in the summer or curling up on a winter weekend, the barn provides a relaxed and stylish atmosphere all year round.
Practical amenities such as a utility room and downstairs WC make family life easy, while thoughtful touches throughout the home make it both elegant and welcoming.
Located in the heart of Sulgrave, our home is ideally situated for exploring the best of the Northamptonshire countryside. The village itself is steeped in history, home to Sulgrave Manor, the ancestral home of George Washington, and offers walking trails, charming pubs, and easy access to nearby market towns such as Banbury and Brackley.
For any racing and Formula 1 fans, we are only a 15-minute drive away from the track!
Whether you`re planning a countryside escape, a special celebration, or a family adventure, our home offers space, style, and the warmth of a true home-from-home!
Please note, we do have a travel cot available to use at this home but mattress and bedding for this is not provided, however you are of course more than welcome to bring your own.
**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
