This six bedroom holiday cottage in King's Sutton is ideal for entertaining or simply unwinding with loved ones during an unforgettable stay in the North Cotswold countryside. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The maximum occupancy for this property is 12 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 6 additional infants (aged 2 or under)
2 off street parking spaces available on the front driveway, ample off street spaces at the back of the propertyÂ
1 travel cot, 2 highchairs and 1 stair gate are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)
1 fixed stair gate is also available on the main staircase

âą Please note that the spa area is available for use between 8am and 10pm. Children under 16 years old are not permitted to use the sauna and should not be left unsupervised in the spa area. Detailed rules for usage are hung on the wall and should be obeyed at all times for safety purposes
âą The garden is regularly maintained by a professional gardening service and although this work is generally carried out when the property is vacant, the gardener may need to carry out work whilst the property is occupied. If you require further information, please donât hesitate to contact us
