Visitors are welcome, with a maximum of four visitors at one time. Planning a celebration or gathering? Our Parlor, Ballroom, and Patio are available to reserve for private events.

Parking

Complimentary street parking is typically available on 23rd Street between Maryland Avenue and North Charles Street on a first-come, first-served basis. Metered parking is available along North Charles Street from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, and all street parking is free on Sundays.

For added convenience, reserved on-site parking is available by advance reservation, beginning at $25 per reservation, with discounted weekly and monthly rates.

The entrance is best accessed from 23rd Street. Turn onto Morton Street and look for The Marle Parking sign at the third building on the left. Park in any available space within the private parking area, then enter through the rear patio to access the mansion.

House Guidelines

To help create an exceptional experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Complimentary early arrival (1:00 PM) and late departure (1:00 PM) may be available and can be confirmed the day before. Priority Early Arrival (before 1:00 PM) is available for $50, and Guaranteed Late Departure until 4:00 PM is available for $75, both by advance request.
Visitors are welcome, with a maximum of four visitors at any one time. For larger gatherings, please inquire about reserving our Parlor, Ballroom, or Outdoor Patio.
Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, candles, incense, and open flames are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Kitchenettes are intended for light meal preparation only.
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
The Marle is a restored historic mansion and does not have elevator access.
Children are welcome and must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
Long-term stays of 30 nights or more are subject to a separate Extended Stay Agreement.
Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and for complying with all posted parking regulations.

The Marle House Rules 🌿

The Marle is a peaceful wellness retreat designed for rest and renewal—please help us maintain a calm and respectful environment.

Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Check in details and door codes are sent the morning of arrival, and check out instructions are provided the day before departure. Luggage storage may also be available upon request.

Only registered guests are permitted overnight, and the booking guest must be staying on the property unless otherwise approved.

Occupancy varies by suite; a maximum of 4 guests is permitted. Please confirm your guest count in advance.

Events and gatherings are not permitted in guest suites; however, we offer dedicated event spaces for approved gatherings and celebrations. Please inquire for rates and availability.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM–8 AM to preserve the peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Please remove shoes inside your suite to help reduce noise and maintain the relaxing environment.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, including near entrances. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.

Kitchenettes are intended for light meal preparation only. Due to the historic nature of the property, fire alarms are highly sensitive, so please minimize smoke while cooking.

Optional in-room spa services and food offerings are available. The property also uses a signature luxury hotel fragrance, so please notify us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or special needs.

Makeup towels are provided; stains on linens may incur a $50 cleaning or replacement fee per item.

Please do not rearrange furniture.

Commercial photography and content creation are permitted with prior approval; however, adult filming or explicit content production is strictly prohibited.

Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation. Service animals are welcome in accordance with regulations.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if needed, and guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.

Doors are key coded, and key fobs may be available upon request. Lost or broken fobs incur a $150 replacement fee.

For safety, the booking guest must have verified identity and current contact information.

Families are welcome, but the property is not childproofed or recommended for infants. The Studio can be booked by anyone 21+ and we welcome guests from 12 years of age and older.

Long term stays are welcome; stays of 30+ days require periodic cleanings.
