Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire downstairs apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry area, and private patio. The foyer serves as the shared entrance area for both apartments, but the apartment itself is completely private.

Good to Know

We strive to provide a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests.

• No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted
• Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight
• Daytime visitors are welcome but must leave before quiet hours
• Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property
