Construite dans les annĂ©es 1920, cette maison en rangĂ©e de style Tudor a conservĂ© son charme d’origine et ses meubles et dĂ©tails vintage. Spacieux et peint avec crĂ©ativitĂ©, avec planchers de bois franc d'origine. EntiĂšrement meublĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© avec des meubles d'Ă©poque, des antiquitĂ©s, des tapis et des Ɠuvres d'art provenant de nos voyages Ă  travers le monde. Deux chambres avec lits queen size confortables et une avec un lit double. Matelas pneumatique disponible pour un autre invitĂ© ou des enfants. Linge de maison, vaisselle, batterie de cuisine et la plupart des autres nĂ©cessitĂ©s sont fournis. TV, lecteur CD et DVD, Roku, Internet haut dĂ©bit et WIFI. Laveuse / sĂ©cheuse et espace de rangement au sous-sol. Patio avec un petit barbecue pour passer d'agrĂ©ables heures Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Beaucoup de stationnement gratuit - garage et espace de stationnement privĂ© Ă  l'arriĂšre, parking dans la rue Ă  l'avant. Animaux gratuit depuis plus de 15 ans, donc parfait pour les personnes allergiques aux animaux.

Je suis un fan de vieilles maisons avec l'histoire. Ceci est une vieille maison avec du caractÚre et des commodités modernes, pas un condo neuf moderne.

Le YMCA est juste à cÎté - il possÚde une piscine couverte de taille olympique et toutes les installations de remise en forme complÚtes. Terrain de jeux communautaire construit et entretenu par le quartier.

Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes à pied de Université Johns Hopkins. Un centre de fitness et une laverie sont disponibles. Cette maison de vacances propose l'accÚs Wi-Fi à Internet gratuit et une cuisine.

Ednor Gardens Baltimore Rowhouse

Communication with host was great and check-in was seamless. The house is historically beautiful and as described. There is no ventilation in bathroom so, as noted with signage, you will need to open the window after every use. The bedrooms do not have curtains so if you are a light sleeper, you will need to pack a sleep mask. The kitchen is a little cluttered but it does offer a great start for your basic cooking needs. The beds were very comfortable and theres plenty of space in the home to relax with your whole family. The neighborhood seems nice and we had no noise or issues from the close neighbors. Excellent location for nearby aquarium, museums and other tourist spots. Only an hour drive to DC as well for day trips.
Be sure to open window after every shower!
Roller blinds only on bedroom windows.

Wonderful stay

This is a comfortable and inspiring home. Loved all the hand-painted touches and wonderful art all around. Very cheerful colors. Incredibly comfortable beds and linens. We were there in winter so didn't get to experience the neighborhood in bloom but could tell it must be lovely with all the flowering trees and many gardens. The one note I have for anyone considering staying here, the bathtub/shower does not have grab bars and has a curtain all around so nothing even to lean on. It was fine for me but my 87-year-old mother did not feel safe using it. Just something to be aware of.

A true neigborhood and great home

Great house with decent amenities. The house decor and art was a real treat to experience. Neighbors were really nice. The street is a narrow one-way like a lot of Baltimore neighborhood streets, but street parking wasn't too bad if you know how to parallel park. So nice to stay at a home with laundry and a kitchen. The beds were great and love the themes of each room. Also the shower had great water pressure. Would definitely recommend the house to others who need a place to stay in NE Baltimore.

Fun times

We stayed @housecolorful in August for college move-in dat/week. Property was as described. You have all that you need in a house for day‐to-day living. We liked the feel and decor of this charming rowhouse, from the squeaky floors to all of the personal items throughout, reminding us of old Europe. The host was very kind and responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood to catch the sunset and see the skyline of downtown Baltimore, very pretty with lots of greenery everywhere, impressive to people traveling from Arizona. We would definitely go back and stay at the house again.

Quiet, cozy spot

This house was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet as can be. We were only a short distance from Johns Hopkins for our visit, which was really convenient. The kitchen is well stocked too.

Beautiful neighborhood! Wonderful house!

Ednor Gardens is a quiet, well-preserved, historic residential neighborhood in the middle of the city and close to everything we wanted to see. The house was very clean, comfortable and safe. It had everything we needed. The AC worked great. The washer and dryer worked great. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Cute Row House

We stayed here in April, which was a great time! The spring flowers and trees in the neighborhood were in full bloom and we were lucky to have some nice sunny days during our visit. One of the main reasons we chose the house was that it was within walking distance of our very good friends, who we were in town visiting, which made the home very convenient. This was a very cute and traditional Baltimore row house that was lovely to stay in. The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow, and Zoya and her property manager were very communicative. We didn't have any issues with the house while were there, but I'm sure that Zoya would have been prompt to respond if we had any trouble. The property itself has a boho/artist vibe to it that was both creative and also very cozy. The mattresses were either memory foam or had nice memory foam toppers, and the beds were prepared with adequate blankets for the cooler weather we had while we were in town. The shower was straight up luxurious, with perfect water pressure, temperature, and amount of water. I would stay here again, just for the shower. Towels that were provided were soft and fluffy, high end hotel quality. Floors were a little creaky, but that is to be expected in an old house, and I personally found it charming. Would definitely recommend to friends visiting the area!

Nice and quiet

This property was very clean, nice , and location was quiet . Our one issue was the radiators in rooms made noise intermittently all nite with water sounds . If you are not a heavy sleeper this may keep you up in the colder weather with them on .

Just like home

This house just happened to be right in our daughter's neighborhood so it was extra special for us. Everything was as presented---not much outdoor space except the big balcony. But we knew that and fine for us for a glass of wine. We enjoyed the international decor very much.

A favorite place to stay when we visit Baltimore.

We have used the house on quite a few trips to Baltimore. Always comfortable, clean, and convenient. I really enjoy the colorful decorations. The fairy light bottles were very nice. Highly recommended.

The house is very cheerful, spacious rooms. Important daily stuff is very near by. You feel home.

The owner of the place is wonderful I’ll give her 1000/100. Her property manager is lovely too , great team. Both very helpful and communicate all day long. House is clean , organized. 2 major Grocery’s are very close by. Down town of Baltimore is around 10 minutes far with no traffic. Neighbour hood very friendly and quiet. I had no problems at all. Safe. Lots of car parking infront of the place. So truly very recommended. Thank you.
