Located on the 5th floor over looking the pool. Your accommodation is in the Ramada complex with the main street & many restaurants a short walk away.

Your accommodation is only a short walk to the nearby beach if you wish to take a refreshing swim.

This apartment is ideal for a younger family. Additional to the main bed, we have a fold out futon in the second bedroom which is ONLY suitable for one child around the age of 12-16 or two much younger children to share.

A baby cot is available.

You are welcome to enjoy the complex facilities including the pool and gym or just enjoy a drink on the balcony.

Note: The bathroom is an ensuite to the main bedroom, guests using the second bedroom would access via main bedroom.

There is a washing machine and dryer to catch up on any washing you may have

If wish to cook the apartment has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 burner hot plate (no oven) refrigerator/freezer and microwave. All the required utensils are available to you also. The restaurant and bar in the complex overlooks the beautiful Richmond River and is a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal or drink both inside and out.

If you enjoy walking, cycling or even a run the path starts right outside the Ramada and takes you along the river to mouth of the river and along the beaches. Along the way there a cafes to enjoy.

Access is via the secure reception area of the Ramada complex. You have a secure car park space with access to the apartment via a lift.

The Ramada complex is right in the centre of town and is situation only a few meters from the beautiful Richmond River

Ballina is mostly a flat location so it easy to walk or ride to most locations. The bike and walking tracks are very well marked and there are detailed maps of these available. This is an ideal location if you enjoy a walk or a bike ride along the coast.

We have under cover secure parking so for the locations which are further a field driving is an easy option.

You will be greeted on site upon your arrival. If you could kindy let Damian know via the app an approximate time of arrival so he can meet you.
Apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. It is not suitable to 3 adults.
