About this welcoming space
This comfortable first floor apartment, entirely available for you, is sure to provide a relaxing, quiet and enjoyable stay, perfect for your holiday getaway. This two-bedroom apartment has an interrupted scenic view over the Riverview Park and out to the banks of the Richmond River. You will feel rejuvenated every morning waking up and seeing this fabulous view through the living room windows or the private balcony.
The apartment has rear access to the Riverview Park where you can enjoy the sunset, beautiful birds and dolphins wandering around. If you have kids, they will love spending time in the playground of the park and swimming in the little natural pool created out of the riverbank. The Riverview Park has also amenities, a boat ramp and perfect spots for fishing.
The complex is approximately 11 minutes far from the Ballina Byron Airport and only a couple of blocks far from two fuel stations and ATMs. Within a short distance to Ballinaâs CBD (15 minutes walking), you will be able to access all major shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, the famous Ballinaâs RSL. You will be able to explore other attractive places in town and pristine local beaches.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes with plenty of space. One of the bedrooms is equipped with one desk, a chair office and a monitor available to connect to your PC if you need a dedicated working space. If your kids are tired of being outdoors, or the weather does not help, the second bedroom has shelves with plenty of toys and books available for your kids to play and entertain themselves.
The kitchen has a variety of appliances including an Expresso Coffee machine and ample bench space, ideal for entertaining.

Please be mindful as the area is quiet, so loud noise/music is recommended to be reduced around 10 pm.
