In Cava Vista Villa, you will experience champagne views of the Costa Rica coast. In the morning, you will be awakened by the howler monkeys or in the spring, observe the mayo trees in bloom. During the day, you will see the white-water waves while the tide goes in and out or a paraglider might fly right by as they descend the mountain. This magnificent villa boasts five bedrooms, with four spacious suites, including one with an adjoining second bedroom ideal for children (or adults). Each suite boasts its own bathroom, with three featuring luxurious bathtubs and two offering invigorating outdoor showers. Four of the bedrooms command mesmerizing ocean vistas. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed and pocket doors that reveal a breathtaking coastal view extending to Manuel Antonio. It has a double shower and a bathtub, thoughtfully designed for accessibility. The second bedroom, known as the "teak room," offers a king-sized bed and ocean views, along with an enticing indoor/outdoor shower area. The third and fourth bedrooms, with a king-sized bed and two twin beds respectively, share a spacious bathroom featuring a bathtub and two showers—one indoor and one outdoor. A playpen and high chair are included in the villa for added convenience. Both these bedrooms have their dual ocean and rainforest views. The final bedroom, furnished with a queen-sized bed, faces the rear of the house, but its bathroom offers two showers and a bathtub with a view of Costa Rica's vibrant plant life. Each bedroom is air conditioning.

The villa has a smart TV, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, washer/dryer, and an outdoor gas BBQ. We provide all linens, toiletries, including bathroom and beach/pool towels. An outdoor shower and changing room in the guest bathroom allow you to shake off beach sand after a day by the ocean or exploring waterfalls.

But Costa Rica is about outdoor living. Each bedroom has its own private covered deck . There is also a spacious main deck that includes an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, table for 10, and sitting area. The villa's infinity-edge pool offers an idyllic perch to soak in the ocean's beauty and witness awe-inspiring sunsets. The pool includes a seating area with jets, a sun deck, and a space for laps or just playing in the pool.

In addition, inside the house an expansive living and dining area seamlessly integrates with the fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar, inviting you to savor a home-cooked or catered meal.
