We were very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, we were told the room we originally booked was unavailable. Because our booking was non-refundable, we felt we had no choice but to pay an additional $80 for what was presented as an "upgrade," but it was unfortunately substandard.The room lacked basic necessities, including bedsheets (there was only a comforter), toilet paper, and even simple furniture like a nightstand or shelving for our belongings. The AC was unreliable, and we noticed a leak in the hallway ceiling. Additionally, the service was quite impersonal; front desk and security staff rarely looked up from their phones and never acknowledged us.We also experienced significant delays at breakfast, waiting nearly 50 minutes only to be served a cold meal on our final day. Most concerning, however, was a hygiene issue where I witnessed staff sweep ice off the floor and rinse it for reuse.Overall, this was not the experience we expected for the price, especially after being charged more for a room that lacked basic amenities.
