The modern single-story home has an open living zone that joins together the living room, dining room and kitchen, creating a brightly lit atmosphere due to the various glass sliding doors located around the space. The pathway leads to the garden and provides a stunning view from inside. The use of natural light and neutral colours, combined with modern simplicity and detailing in natural materials, make the space very pleasant. Comfort is further enhanced by underfloor heating that extends through all the rooms. In the lounge with a smart TV and cosy sofa, you can spend time with loved ones. Here, the contemporary fireplace and stylish chairs add to the atmosphere. The sophisticated dining room has a unique table for 8 people. The kitchen has wooden and marble features, and is well-equipped with a kitchen island. This part of the house is particularly special as it has a large glass wall overlooking an olive tree and pool.



The bedrooms are also elegantly decorated with modern simplicity and neutral colours, making them the ideal place to relax at the end of the day. Double beds can be found in 2 rooms, while 1 room has 2 smaller beds. A cot is available if required. For ultimate comfort, all rooms have underfloor heating, air conditioning, and a TV. Additionally, one room includes a desk. There's a unique feature in one of the bedrooms - a short glass window positioned low on the wall allows you to look directly at the surface of the pool. Each bedroom comes with its own modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. All three bathrooms have hair dryers, personal hygiene items, and bathrobes. One of the bathrooms boasts two sinks.



The garden of 859 m² showcases a blend of modern simplicity and rustic charm. The stone exterior of the house and the olive trees complement the modern design of the swimming pool, sunbathing area and terrace, producing a tranquil ambiance for relaxation of mind and body. The 33 m² pool is perfect for a refreshing summer swim or lounge on one of the six sunbeds available on the sun deck. Relax in the lounge area and savour the beautiful nature with a refreshing drink. If you wish to cook a tasty dinner for the whole group, the roofed summer kitchen is at your disposal. It comes with an electric grill and is located directly off the living room. Enjoy a delightful meal with your loved ones in the Mediterranean atmosphere while taking advantage of the outdoor dining table, which seats 8 people.



During your stay at Villa Oliba you can do a lot of exploring in the western part of Istria. Take a day trip to the closest beach, just 5 kilometres away, before exploring Bale, a magical little town also known as 'the town of butterflies'. Stroll through the cobbled streets of the old town and tour the 16th century Soardo-Bembo castle. You can also visit the gorgeous city palace and the Histria Aromatica estate featuring native herbs with aromatic smells. The Ulika multimedia center offers family-friendly amusement, featuring 200-million-years-old dinosaur bones, which is why Bale is also a palaeontological site. Once you're done exploring Bale, take a trip to the coastal pearls of Rovinj and Pula and discover their many cultural and historical monuments. If you're keen on blending outdoor fun and natural beauty, be sure to visit the beautiful Brijuni National Park.
