Let's talk about location! This gem is situated on the quiet street of Cape Fear Trail right where South Beach and West Beach meet. Not only does our private boardwalk lead you to miles of unspoiled beaches, but we also have a private pool plus hot tub right in our own backyard! There is really no need to leave this perfect vacation spot. The main living area is spacious including a living room, sunroom (lots of seating areas!), dining area and oversized, well stocked kitchen! Enjoy the colorful sunsets from the main living area that is filled with floor to ceiling windows or enjoy a glass of wine on the expansive decks overlooking west beach with views of containerships and sailboats! There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in this one level home. There are two king master suites, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and in the 4th bedroom there is a spacious bunk room including 2 built-in bunk beds (PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO DOOR IN THIS ROOM). A BHI full membership including golf and shoals membership are available for a separate purchase.
