The main house and crofter are cloistered around an entrance courtyard. The main home's first level houses the garages and egress to the beach access. Up the stairs, the next level proffers a deep, covered TREX wraparound porch, bayed on the seaside and furnished with a dining set as well as seating for conversation or serene contemplation of the unobstructed Atlantic views. From here, you can take the spiral staircase to the upper sundeck or enter inside. Within, this floor reveals crafted, custom details around every corner-from the elegant Cypress wainscoting to the plank flooring and original art. The three bedrooms on this level start with a roomy twin which utilizes the convenient hall full bath. The first spacious King suite renders gorgeous water tableaus, direct porch access and includes a cozy private sitting area as well as a spa-like bath with a sunken jetted tub, separate tile shower, water closet and his/her vanities. The second King suite also delights with its own en suite. A centrally-located family room completes this floor and tenders a wet bar, loads of built-ins, a decorative fireplace and porch access.
The home's top level's open floor plan is accentuated by soaring shiplapped ceilings, walls of windows showcasing dazzling Atlantic panoramas and loads of warm sunlight. The spacious, comfortable living area is anchored by another decorative large fireplace with a massive Pecky Cypress distressed wood mantel. The hub of the indoor dining space, situated in an oversize bay that provides shimmering vistas from every angle, is a custom compass table seating eight under a stylish shell chandelier. Dine here or al fresco, through the door to the sun deck, where yet another dining set and conversation area offer Atlantic breezes as well as seascapes. Back inside, beyond the dining area, a mammoth quartz island provides breakfast bar seating at each end, with a professional Viking gas cook top in the middle and plenty of prep space in-between. From the wet bar and wine cooler to the professional Viking stainless appliances-this kitchen is a gourmet's delight! The upper oceanfront King Owner's suite on this level affords a refuge with its private sitting area, porch access and luxurious spa-like ensuite. The home's crofter provides another separate sanctuary in the form of a Queen suite with not only a full bath but also a wet bar and mini fridge. There is no WiFi in the crofter of this home. The property includes use of two golf carts and WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends.
