JET EXERCISE OUTDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL, is located in the private rear garden for your exclusive use. There are many Vine Yards within a short walk from the Villa, they offer wine tasting & some have very nice top quality reasonably priced restaurants with great views of the lake, offering very good Hungarian/International cuisine. Other traditional restaurants are as close as 200 metres from the Villa. The nearest supermarket and cafe are 200 metres away.
LOCAL AMENITIES: there are many supermarkets nearby including a mega Tesco, 2xAldes, 2x SPAR & many smaller CBA’s. The only Water park at the lake is in the town. The water park is less than 2 kms away with large car park and is fully serviced with every amenity, slides, flumes pools, restaurants and cafes. At the nearby Lake front Promenade you have more restaurants, pubs, cocktail bars, beach areas, marinas, cafes, shops, boutiques, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, 24 hour doctor clinic. The beach is clean and safe for children to run around and the lake is shallow and great for swimming and splashing around or hiring Kayaks, sailing/electric boats & lots more. The water is waist high for about 125 meters.

HISTORICAL PAST;
Balatonfured is the oldest Spa Town at the lake. During the Hapsburg Royal family reign, the Emperor of the Austro-Hungarian Empire (Ference Joseph) had his family Summer Palace nearby. The lake was also popular with writers, poets & the aristocracy to have a summer residence here. The Spa towns historical importance is reflected in the architecture of the beautiful buildings.
