Grab a glass of wine and relax on the deck area while taking in the spectacular mountain views or get some much needed R&R in our brand new hot tub, cozy up with a book and a cup of coffee and enjoy the ambiance of the indoor fireplace or enjoy roasting marshmallows by the fire pit under a blanket of stars, a clear view of the sky makes a perfect place for stargazing. ****About our Cabins****

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.

GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.

PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.

CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.

SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.

FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle.

NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

WEATHER: If you would like to know of the upcoming forecast for the local area please feel free to ask and I’ll be happy to provide you with details.

PLEASE NOTE: There are four security cameras. One by the back door point towards the walkway, one by the front door pointing towards the back yard, one on the back yard and one on the driveway. The cameras are motion detected and record for 20 second intervals, they do have audio.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS CABIN ONLY SLEEPS 4 GUEST MAX. EVEN THOUGH ITS A 3 BEDROOM THE OWNERS ONLY ALLOW 4 GUEST.
