Title: Extremely Disappointing â Poor Service and Refund Nightmare
When we arrived at the Border Inn, our room had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guest â dirty sheets, trash left behind, and an overall unsanitary state. We immediately informed the front desk and were told we would receive a refund. Unfortunately, thatâs where the problems got worse.
Despite never staying in the room, the hotel has insisted that we did, and the refund process has been an absolute nightmare. Communication has been poor, accountability nonexistent, and the lack of professionalism is deeply frustrating.
I would strongly advise avoiding this property. If something goes wrong with your stay, donât expect them to make it right.
