The well appointed galley kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining guests. This space boasts ample counter space, is well equipped with all of the tools you'll need, along with many additional amenities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a nice table for casual dining or playing games.

Just past the kitchen is a cozy sitting room which flows into the living room in an open concept floor plan great for spending time with family and friends.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to gather comfortably. The large new smart TV with a YouTube TV subscription. Feel free to login to your streaming account to take in a movie!

This home has three large bedrooms off the main hallway - all on the main level (perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs). Each bedroom is beautifully decorated in the ranch/country motif, has ample storage space, closets, hangers, and extra pillows.

This is a ranch home settled less than a mile out of town on the Thomas Angus Ranch.

You will need a vehicle as this home is not walkable to downtown Baker City.

There is a very wide private driveway that has space for several cars to park off the road.

We charge an additional guest fee of $15 per person per night over two guests. This allows the price to scale from just two guests up to maximum capacity.

This home is pet friendly. We do not charge a pet fee, just ask pet owners to clean up both inside and out after their pets. This home does have a fenced yard; however, it is close to the interstate so please do not leave your pets unattended outside.

Welcome to our home! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules:

General Rules
• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, as this home is in a quiet neighborhood.
• Parking: Park in the graveled area next to the deck by the back door.
• Shoes: Remove shoes indoors or ensure they are free of dirt to help keep the home clean.
• Overnight Guests: Visiting guests not on the reservation require prior approval.
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please collect and dispose of cigarette butts.

Pet Policy (for Travelers with Animals)
• Pets must be pre-approved (limit 2 dogs, under 70 lbs, and at least 1 year old).
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A $75 fee applies if pet waste is not removed.
• Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.
• Keep pets leashed around the neighborhood.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Report any pet-related damage before checkout.
• Please minimize barking out of respect for neighbors.

Additional Policies
• Damages: Guests will be charged for stained towels, linens, or damages beyond standard wear and tear.
• Excess Cleaning: An additional cleaning fee may apply if the property requires extra attention after your stay.
