GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire home, with one closet in the house locked and part of the garage locked for cleaning and maintenance storage. Security Cameras: We do have security cameras that are all OUTSIDE, we have them placed by the entrances for your safety. Pet Policy: We’re dog-friendly because we know they’re part of the experience. Please be respectful of the space and clean up after your pet. We welcome well-behaved dogs. Pet fee: $100 per dog per stay (max 2 dogs). Smoking: No smoking inside or outside Mountain roads and weather can vary—AWD/4WD strongly recommended Nov–Apr. Driveway will be plowed at 4 inches of snow Wildlife is common in the area, so please be mindful when outdoors If the property requires significantly more time or effort than a standard turnover — due to excessive mess, heavy pet hair, tracked-in dirt or mud, spills, stains, odors, or debris — additional cleaning fees may be charged to cover the extra labor required.
