The space

Oh, did we mention there is an outdoor yoga deck! If you don’t want to cook in the house, head down to the pool, light up the pool and fairy lights and enjoy the barbeque at the pool house! Royal Sabitha accommodates up to 10 guests (5 king beds).

Royal Sabitha opened its doors in 2021 and is truly a project born out of love. Maybe surprising to those who are familiar with the origins of the saying “Kia Ora”, we are a family from Zimbabwe. The unique layout of Royal Sabitha is based on the lodge idea found in Africa. As a big family we love spending time together, but we also love having space to ourselves ;) and that is what Royal Sabitha offers. Enjoy all the common areas and retreat to your luxury, air conditioned cabinas for some quiet time enjoying the jungle views.

The property is a 10 minute walk from the beach, on your way there you pass by Kunjani Café and the Shala where you can enjoy the best coffee & breakfast and fantastic daily yoga & Pilates classes!

We are a 5 minute drive from Dominical center and a 15 minute drive to the famous Whales Tail in Uvita. It’s a great location to also explore places like Manuel Antonio, Nauyaca waterfalls, Corcovado National park and Cano Island. You won’t run out of activities during your stay with us!

We have an onsite coordinator who will be happy to help you throughout your stay with any questions and assistance you might need. (English and Spanish). We can help you plan your adventures like paragliding, rafting, zipline, surfing, ATV, horseback riding to waterfalls and more.

About the Neighborhood

Dominicalito is about 1.5 miles south of the Dominical town and about 9 miles north of Uvita town.

Playa Dominicalito is noted as one of the most picturesque beaches in the area due to the cove created by the peninsula of land that extends into the ocean. It is excellent for swimming and also a good beach for beginner surfers. Buy some fresh fish directly from the local fishermen!

Uvita is 15 minutes south, over the last few years it has grown into a bustling commercial center with banks, international schools, supermarkets, coffee shops and so much more. It also serves as the base for visits to Marino Ballena National Park, a pristine marine reserve famous for its migrating pods of humpback whales.

Dominical is 5 minutes north and is known for its world renowned surf break and those seeking an authentic Costa Rican experience. You will find many delicious restaurants, yoga studios, local vendors, and a new brewery.
